To answer your question, you upcharge everything to the point a normal salad is more expensive than sweetgreen and chopt in Manhattan, yet you’re located in a sad strip mall in Holtsville. All for a mediocre salad that’s falls short of your competitors.

On top of that it’s like you didn’t even try to develop this concept. Every salad is extremely basic and you use kens dressing. At least try to hide it. Imagine I opened a burger shop and just served you bubba burgers sweet baby rays. For the greek salad you offered Italian dressing and I know Ken’s has a greek dressing if you’re just gonna order it and not make them in house.
