The Pink Fin — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

We noticed the flyer advertising a 20% off grand opening coupon after we had already paid full price. When we asked about it, the worker said they could not honor the coupon and even mentioned they weren’t supposed to tell customers about it. That makes no sense—why advertise a discount you won’t stand by? As for the food, the hibachi rice was very disappointing—it tasted more like instant rice with salty seasoning than true hibachi-style rice. To make matters worse, we ordered green tea mocha ice cream, but it was left out of our takeout order. When we returned the next day, the staff handed us a bag of ice cream that had clearly melted and been refrozen. Between the misleading coupon, poor food quality, and the mishandled dessert, I cannot recommend...

I rarely write negative reviews, but this spot was honestly terrible. The food was bland and clearly not fresh — I’ve had better from a grocery store sushi counter

On top of that, the portions were small and nowhere near worth the price. For what they’re charging, you’d expect top-notch quality and an entertaining experience — instead, it felt like a cheap tourist trap.
