Goldberg's Bagels of Center Moriches — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I have tried so many times to give this place a fair shot…… always so disappointing. Today was the final time I would ever step foot in there. I called in an order; an egg sandwich and a bagel for myself. My husband’s sandwich was ok mine was not. Of course one would not realize it until you get all the way home , sit down and hope to enjoy breakfast. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel scooped out, toasted with lox spread and onions. I get home to an untoasted, not scooped out bagel with literally a wipe of lox spread on it. I am sure I paid about $10.00 for this. I called and the manager Will who I could barely understand said come back , at this point I’m pissed because this is not the first time this has happened. Just so frustrating! Bottom line is should have driven the extra few minutes to Blazin Bagels. Now there is a place that has never disappointed us or got our order wrong!...

Dirty food prep and cross contamination. So the bagels are delicious. But don't be surprised if you get sick or COVID. The owner takes the money and credit cards then proceeds to clean off the knives and preparation area with his dirty hands. No gloves. Not once did he wash his hands in the sink next to the prep station. I watched him make multiple cream cheese bagels for people without washing his hands or gloves. Then went back to the dirty register ringing people up, taking money making change and taking credit cards. I said something to him after he rung me up and responded with that doesn't make sense. It's called "Safe Food Preparation." I would like to come here because the bagels are delicious but not worth...
