This place deserves zero stars. When I ordered an eight-piece bucket for $10, I was utterly disgusted. Three long and thick feathers were sticking out of one of the thighs, omg. That evening, I called the manager right away, and she seemed incredibly nonchalant . After putting me on hold for fifteen minutes, she eventually agreed to offer me a replacement or a $10 refund. I threw all of the chicken in the trash that night. We returned for a refund the following day, the manager, if she was actually the manager was so obnoxious . She told us that only one thigh would be replaced and not a refund. We told her that the dinner was ruined, and she said a refund would be issued for the entire meal. "Because you called corporate they can handle it" she replied. She began to argue with me about their return policy and I wasn't going to entertain such foolishness. I witnessed one of the employees putting chicken in a bucket while talking and laughing with his face almost in the bucket. The amount of germs and saliva in that customer's food is unimaginable. I just left and will never go back. No rational and sane individual would serve or consume that. This particular location at 800 Montauk Highway in Shirley, New York 11967 is a disgrace. Everytime I have ever went there, or if someone in my household didn't know any better and made the mistake of ordering from there, no matter what time of day, the chicken is never fresh. Always taste like it has been sitting under the heat lamp forever. Also, the department of health really needs to surprise visit this place to make sure they are cleaning their soda machine lines correctly, or IF AT ALL. The soda has always had a smell similar to a public bathroom. I don't know what it is, but its disgusting. Probably mold.
