They cant seem to get anything right since the Last GM left. They cant even get the cheese on the burgers. Half of it is stuck to the box...SERIOUSLY??? It used to be a great place w/courteous people, and fast efficient service. Now you're lucky to get a napkin w/your order! Come on ppl were eating w/our hands here WE NEED NAPKINS... and not just one!!!This is not tough stuff!
The other night i parked in a spot for drive thru orders (which i ordered from ) and a girl comes to my car and tells me (WHILE IM EATING) I have to move my car so other cars can park. (I was allowed 5 minutes!!!) I was like, “so you want me to drive around the building instead of eating my food and HOPE the one spot she was pointing to in the rear of the bldg is still there??? AND WHAT IF ITS NOT???? So i said, “ I guess i should just leave” AND THE DOPE SAYS, “OK”... OMGosh!!! TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL AND A COMPLETE LACK OF COMMON SENSE!!! Then she says thank you to make up for her outrageous request!!!

Read moreThis 2 star review is for the Mobile App Drive thru pick up. I had just downloaded the App that morning. Thinking it would be quicker because I was on a tight schedule. I placed my order in the App 15 min before I left the house as it’s only 3 minutes away. Get there, go to the drive thru speaker where I was asked for my code and to confirm my order. I was instructed to drive to window 1 where I was given my receipt, and instructed to go to the next window. At the next window I waited about 2 minutes before I was asked who I am, he confirmed my order and asked me to pull into spot #2. I asked, what was the point of ordering on the app if I have to wait for my order now? I was told, “It saves time at the drive thru”. I asked what time am I saving? The answer I got was…..”Trust me, it saves time, please pull in space #2”. Now, expecting to got some HOT, FRESH breakfast as I had to wait 10min for it, the food was warm at best as if it had been prepared 15 min ago. WHAT IS THE POINT OF ORDERING AHEAD ON THE APP? Read moreI am a frequent customer of this location and typically have no issues with either the service or food. However on my last visit after placing my order at the drive-thru I realized I had forgotten an item and asked at the window if it was possible to add it or would I have to go inside. A simple no I’m sorry would have been perfectly fine I understand that they are busy. The girl at the window replied “No, nice try though.” Then smiled and shut the window on me. When I went inside I asked to speak to the manager because I was honestly taken aback by the rude response to what I felt was a reasonable question asked politely. The manager seemed to find the entire thing very funny as I told him about it and his only response was “Ok I’ll talk to her about it” while looking as though he wanted to start laughing. Normally I would have shrugged the whole interaction off but having 2 employees be blatantly rude and smirk about it while taking my money felt incredibly disrespectful especially considering these are people who are handling customers food.
