Their service even didn't deserve one star. I used the mobile order and curbside pickup yesterday. The first staff came out and carried a bag to check who ordered that meal. Why? Didn't they check the curbside parking number for each pickup order? When the staff finally came to my car with the meal, I found three items missing! I told the staff and he said he will check. Then one minute later, another guy came out and said the meal was correct, I didn't order the missing items. He said he checked the order and was correct. Then I showed him my mobile order and he had to acknowledge he made a mistake. He went in and went out the third time with the missing items. However, when I checked the items and was leaving, I found the sandwich was not the one I ordered. It was one with extra lettuce, but I ordered the one without tartar sauce, no lettuce at all. So I had to go inside the store and asked them to change into the correct one. Then, the most ridiculous thing happened. The guy, who said he checked the order and didn't miss items at the beginning, told me that the sandwich was the exact one I purchased in my order and he couldn't exchange except I paid the new one. I explained I ordered the one without tartar sauce many times before, how could it turned into the one with the extra lettuce? The guy didn't want to listen nor check the order even I showed him the mobile order in my cell phone. He kept saying it might be I accidentally clicked the wrong items. I said I just reordered the items last time (MacDonald Apps has such function) and changed the quantity, I even didn't go into the page to customize the meal, how could I accidentally add the extra lettuce? He still refused to exchange the wrong item until I insisted standing there and wanted the thing resolved. He madly grabbed the bag and threw it into the trash can and gave me the right sandwich finally. I was very upset by such rude manners and talked about this issue to the store manager. During the talking, the guy interrupted me many times and kept laughing. I couldn't believe this store could hire such a guy to do the customer service and treat the people in such a rude, unprofessional and disrespectful way!! And such a person even was training the other interns!!! I filed a complaint with the customer service hotline. Really hope my experience will never happen to any...

The only thing good about this Mcdonalds is the super sweet manager and older woman with short hair who take my order in the early morning. These two people are magnificent and offer wonderful customer service. Other than that i am constantly disappointed. There is a woman that works at this establishmemt in the early morning with a lot of piercings in her ears and constantly ruins my day. Whenever she takes my order she is extremely rude, has a very bad attitude or doesnt listen to my order fully. Whenever tbis person takes my order it is almost ALWAYS wrong . Now this is extremely annoying because my fiancee is a vegetarian and doesnt eat bacon. When i order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and one with no bacon they always come out with both bacon. I just dont understand why... it seems to only happen when this one individual takea my order. What makes it worse is this person consistently cuts me off when taking MY ORDER. Thats actually unbelievable. I ask for a ice coffee with minimal syrup and i get the regular order consistently... ive never written a review like this but boy am I livid. I believe a good breakfast really helps with havimg a better day, and boy does this womn ruin my experience. Ive seen her show kindness to other customers to other customers, but whenever i pull up at that window she is the rudest person in the world. It makes it worse when your hashbrown is soggy, or your wifes sandwich is wrong when shes a vegetarian and gets sick from biting into her sandwich and it being wrong, or your coffee has all this syrup in it when you dont want that. Whenever the short haired olderwoman with glasses or manager takes my order everything is on point. But boy does this other worker mess up my order a lot and mess up my morning. I worked in food service for 11 years and this is not how you treat/retain customers. Im extremely disappointed because it doesnt have to be like that, and all ive ever done is just try to order my breakfast. This morning was the last straw when i couldnt even finish saying what my order was over the drive through, and kept getting cut off. Chicken nuggets, 3-double cheeseburger bundle for $3.99 each. When we got home we got the 10 pc nuggets, 1- double cheeseburger burger $3.99 with fries that is hard and cold and stale. And 2-double cheeseburgers without fries. I paid $17.88, I didnāt get any receipt, the service is terrible, and food is ridiculously NOT FRESH, FRIES ARE STALE AND COLD AS ICE.
