The food is mostly disappointing and lackluster... I advise all to STAY AWAY from any dishes with any heavy sauces such as General Tso's Chicken, Chicken & Broccoli, and Sesame Chicken. (All of these I've tried from experience.) Why? Whatever their sauce is made of is absolutely disgusting. It is of a gloppy consistency and texture, like a nasty thick, age-old jelly and it will make you want to puke just looking at it, let alone touching it. Don't even think about keeping these types of dishes for tomorrow's leftover lunch. You will be twice as grossed out. I was actually forced to take gloves/plastic zip bags and individually remove the globs of nasty jelly-sauce off of each piece of meat the next day or waste $15 worth of delivery food. Buyer beware. If you MUST buy food from this place, stick to solid foods without sauces or liquids or in which the liquid part of the dish comes separately - such as fried chicken wings with fried rice (no sauce), Sweet & Sour Chicken (sauce lacks in taste but at least comes in a separate container). Not to say that these dishes are exceptionally good; they were generally mediocre, BUT did not elicit an "auto puke" reaction in me.) I would say fortune cookies are the best thing I have had at this place. (Laugh...
Read moreMoved to the area 2 years ago and tried a few places unsuccessfully until I found Panda Garden. This is absolutely our go-to Chinese restaurant in the area. Our food is always fresh, hot and not overly greasy. We usually order pork fried rice (with a scrambled egg in it ) shrimp lo mein (no vegetables),, fried chicken wings (cut up) and broccoli in garlic sauce. The cashier is always friendly to us and always gets our order right except for the last time. It was 7pm on a Friday night (I’m sure a very busy time), I had ordered broccoli and garlic sauce, but I guess she heard shrimp and garlic sauce.. it was definitely more expensive, but really tasty with huge shrimp and lots of fresh, green peppers, carrots, water chestnuts, and broccoli. Order was delivered quickly as well. I called in the order and paid for it over the phone and added the tip so the driver could just leave it on the doorstep. BTW, the driver is strictly about doing his job.-delivering your food efficiently and in a timely manner so don’t expect any extra pleasantries ( except one time when I had ordered probably on a non-busy day, and he had...
Read morePlace is decent but not great. Chicken isn’t good. Soft and soggy. I gave them chances but always bad. I reached my last straw when I made a big order full of food and one of the orders was sweet and sour chicken. The order came with no sweet and sour sauce. I called and asked for it and they said do you want credit? I said no I want the sauce. I have people here and no one wants to eat it without any sauce. She said ok we will send it. It’s now been a half hour. No sauce and the people that wanted it gave up and thru it away.
45 minutes later- a knock at the door. I opened it and the sauce is sitting on the floor. Didn’t even hand it to me. No sorry no nothing. I will Never order from them again! Done. King house a few blocks away is A lot better!
Another big deal that is not right. I used a credit card and put a tip on it. I guess they didn’t like that tip or maybe even charged me to re-deliver the sweet and sour sauce but my card was charged 4 dollars extra then what was on my receipt. Be careful! This place is a fraud! I know it’s only 4 bucks but that’s not right at all! Never...
