I paid $14 for two small cheeseburgers and a bunch of soggy greasy fries and a peanut butter blizzard. The cheeseburgers were not that great but no better than mcds. Slightly larger on par with Wendy’s but Wendy’s cheeseburgers are better. The fries were gross. Mcds gives as much and are way way better. The blizzard nothing that makes me say wow that was good. So I pay 499 for the same meal minus the blizzard at mcds and mcds is better. If I want the same size cheeseburger I go to Wendy’s and pay 5.60. Guess what. I won’t be back. As a side note I pass this place everyday. The lines for the two weeks were onto Horseblock road. Everyone was curious since this is the first Dairy Queen on the island. Guess what for the last week and a half their is no line. In fact not all that many cars in the drive thru.

Read moreIt is about a 20-minute drive from my home to this DQ, but I'm so glad I made the trip. When ordering at the drive-thru around 9PM, the staff member at the window was so friendly and patient and told me it was ok to take extra time to decide what to order (there was no one on line behind me at the time, but they still didn't make me feel rushed). They took my name for the order, and every staff member I interacted with from the order speaker to the window communicated with me by name. They did the signature "flip" to show me that the Blizzard doesn't come out of the cup when turned upside-down (which was amusing) and then not only asked if I wanted lids, but also marked the bottom of each Blizzard with an identifier of what flavor it was so that they could be quickly and easily dispersed to my family members when I got home. Not only were they nice, but the service was super quick! This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in the food/dining industry. The staff here is top-notch. Read moreI’m a little upset with this establishment I’ve now visited 4 times and to date this is the 4th time I’ve had my order come out wrong. I understand this is a fast paced work environment however I think it’s more than rediculous that 4 consecutive times an order can come out wrong in which case means I’m most likely not the only person who this is happening too. They need to work on there management skills along with customer service. The normal environment is not bad they are all polite with exception to one girl who was running the drive threw awhile back and gave my fiancé quite a bit of additive but I get it, it’s obviously not the most glorious job one could have... The food is good when it come out with the right order ( not that I’ve fully experienced that yet). This place has great potential but they need to start paying attention to what there customers are asking for and also paying for.
