Wingstop — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

This is supposed to be an order of lemon pepper wings but instead this is what I got. Plain wings. They only sprinkled a little seasoning on my wings and this is not the first time. I order from here pretty often and I always have to ask for extra seasoning or come back for them to season the wings properly. This place needs better management over the food and service. Whenever there is a mistake on their part , they never know what to do. If there is ever an issue in other places something is always offered for inconvenience. Example: I’ve waited almost am hour for an order that I called in an hour prior to arriving. When I went to pick up I still had to wait another 45 min to receive. Not even a sorry was offered. Come here fairly often. Never really have a problem with the food but the service leaves quite a bit to be desired. Specifically, I order online and whenever I get notified that my order is ready, it never is. I usually end up waiting a minimum of five additional minutes. Good food but they need to be more organized.

Ps. My brother just added his two cents. To be fair, every order we've had from there has been correct with no mistakes. Considering how often other places we go to often get things wrong, I do have to give Wing Stop credit for always...

The slop (chicken wing sauce) they serve here is Industrial strength glue. You’ll be sticky for the next 7 hours after eating here. My order took 45 minutes to complete, the place was dead empty when I walked in and got packed shortly after. And somehow they lost my order. I watched them put my dine in ticket on a to go box and then proceed to lose my order. Not a napkin in the place but they do give you really weak hand wipes.
