Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Other experience that I thought inappropriate from Isabella: Treating me like a weird person when I handed the survey coupon (not saying anything, very stressful face, only saying "what chicken?" and nothing else) Very stressfully saying "I know!" when I provide information. Not saying anything when handing the food, only pushing it to the customer(s) with emotion. Never saying hi or bye.

I have experienced inappropriate attitude from the manager Isabella many times. She never says hi, or apologizes for the wrong order. I have been to many Popeyes locations because I like Popeyes and I have travelled a lot, but never met with a person of this much of attitude at Popeyes, and it's frustrating because this is my new neighbourhood that I moved in.

When I came back with the wrong order that I received, all she said was "we don't have that part. You'll have to wait for 20 minutes". I wasn't notified of that information when I was getting my order. Because I experienced the same attitude every time I confronted her, this time I asked her if I shouldn't get any apologies. She avoided answering but instead kept asking me "will you wait or not, I am busy". She then avoided me and had other staffs talk to me. I asked the staff that I want to speak with her (manager Isabella), but she kept telling the other staff to speak with me. I don't speak Spanish so I didn't understand what they were talking.

Eventually I left the restaurant with the wrong order.

I acknowledge that the error in the order wasn't a huge one (they gave me a different part than what I ordered). I can understand if this doesn't repeat, but it wasn't the first time. I also will understand if someone apologizes. I am kind to the fast restaurant staffs usually because I know how hard the job can be. But every time I go to this restaurant, I feel the rudeness and tension especially from this manager. As a person who don't have any income and don't have the ability to earn money in the country, small things tend to matter when it's related to money. I asked for correction of the order, and I was polite in my language. My tone would've been intense because I felt bad and was angry, to be honest, but I never use any bad language or be mean.

Not sure if the guy behind the counter is the manager but he needs to step aside and let the other workers do their job, he’s terrible. I like the food but twice already he likes to add items to my order when I did not ask for it and get charged. I asked for the 6 piece tenders with a drink and mashed potatoes as my side and an extra order of mashed potatoes and Mac n Cheese,simple right? He’s like ok and an order of Fries and extra drink ok I said nooooo one drink no fries and the order I asked for. Watch out for this guy he likes to over charge you. He needs to be retrained Popeyes Corporation.

Edit: I decided to go back after months of not going there to see if anything changed with their service much to my surprise nothing has changed I just went today and they messed up my order. Not to mention all the work is huddled up and talking much less working and every time I spoke over the speaker the girl kept saying “whaaat whaaat and laughing” I have to say stop coffee clutching and...

I love Popeye's chicken sandwiches, but I don't care for the way this Popeye's is run. 3 of the last 4 times we had to pull into the parking lot and wait on items. This last time was a 12pc nugget, I dont understand why it took 7 minutes for chicken nuggets and also why that would be something they wouldn't have ready at 12:10 in the afternoon-lunchtime. Also of 2 of the last 4 visits they didn't have mac and cheese. This was over 2 months span between the visits. How are they always out of mac and cheese? It seems the basics of fast food management is not being followed, knowing your demand and your busy hours, as well as ordering efficiently to meet that demand.
