This is a brand new location. The employees are great, but unfortunately, I ordered two drinks. They didn’t even know what I was talking about and they made the drink I wanted the shaken apple espresso, but instead of espresso I wanted chai tea with cold foam on top and I’m drink Starbucks everdayy so I know exactly what it’s supposed to look like and taste like I used to order the drink all the time before they brought it back. Read moreGreat location, but the service really needs work. I’ve been here about five times now, hoping it would improve, but it hasn’t. The first week was rough, and nothing has changed since. I’ve tried both drive-thru and walk-in, and it’s always slow. Today I stood at the register for over 10 minutes while several employees walked by without even acknowledging me. This is easily one of the slowest Starbucks locations on Long Island, and it’s not even that busy most of the time.
