I ordered 2 rotisserie footling subs. After getting home I seen there was practically no chicken on them all all especially being a footlong should have 6 ounces f chicken according to there chart. I went back and asked for this to be corrected because amd physically showed them how there was more bread showing then anything. They would not correct the problem and kept stumbling over eachother. I was even told the chicken shrinks alot when it's heated up and that's why it looks like nothing is on them. Funny thing is the bacon barly looked cooked at all so figure this one out lmao. Eventually they agreed to do a refund and printed our a receipt that did not say refund. I kept questioning why it didn't say "refund" and that I don't think this correct. They just kept assuring me it went through and that it was right. Well I was lied to and even after contacting corporate they do not care to even respond back about this and what I would call now theft now. Be carefully going here as you can see from other reviews I am not the only one who has been a victim of this locations greed...
Read moreI came into the store yesterday to pick up an order I placed on the app alongside an additional order wirh a coupon. Upon going to pay for the sandwiches with said coupon the manager was very rude telling me that the coupon was not applicable even though no where on the coupon did it say it wouldn’t cover the sandwiches I had them make. The manager yelled at me telling me that I now had to pay for the sandwiches without the coupon and was cursing at me and putting his finger in my face. Mind you the whole time I didn’t yell at him or curse towards him…he was very very disrespectful and should be ashamed of how he treats paying customers… I have worked in customer service for a very long time and not once have I ever treated someone the way he treated me. Read moreBANNED FROM SUBWAY- long time customer prob 12 years since moving here, go weekly, went to subway in Shirly by Wing Stop, had a coupon 3 for 17.99, expired 3/28, they could not scan it at check out for some reason. I politely explained that's not my issue, the coupon is valid, and just cut it out from the coupons delivered on Thursday and here it is, enter it manually or something. They refused, so I said if you don't honor the coupon I am not paying for full price nor taking the order, the two employees got belligerent, nasty and banned me. Rather than honor the coupon the they ban a customer and throw out food freshly made (I would assume, unless they are keeping to give someone else). Would be nice if fellow people had the same experience share or local people ban the shop...
