Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I always feel bad leaving negative reviews but people should know that this Tropical Smoothie location is the worst one I've ever visited. I used to go before or after my workout and I've had to ask them to remake my smoothies multiple times, the food is not good and the final straw was when I asked to use the rest room to wash my hands before I eat and they told me it was out of order. I explained that I just wanted to wash my hands before eating and after waiting for 5 minutes for them to figure out what to do, she brought me hand sanitizer. I politely declined and then waited another 10 minutes for a manager to come just to let me in the employee only rest room and watch me wash my hands. I will never return to this...

So the smoothie was delicious and made perfectly! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I believe customer service plays a major role just as much as how the food/drinks taste. The lady serviced someone before me and asked if they wanted a bag and placed the smoothie in the bag. In addition, the cashier was friendly to the customers before and after me, and she greeted them with a friendly hello. Two days in a row dealing with the same cashier she didn't greet me and I had to ask for a bag. Upon asking for the bag, the same cashier placed the bag in front of me and walked away. i went in with two of my friends. they placed their order and i waited behind them and once they were done i stepped up to the register. the girl behind the counter immediately went into the kitchen and stood on her phone, as if i wasn’t standing there. we waited for my friends food, people came out and brought them their order and no one took mine. it was completely dead, no one else in the store, no to-go orders. i wasn’t being rude i had no intention of being rude but i was made to feel like an inconvenience. i left without ordering anything and now i am sad and hungry. i have never experienced customer...
