Poppyseeds Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Wednesday, August 23rd, 2017. Visited this bagel store on a hot summer day, and there was NO AIR CONDITIONING. My daughter had already ordered a salted bagel with cream cheese, however they were out of salted bagels. I complained and refused any further service after using the bathroom, paid for my daughter's bagel, and went around the corner to JeJoJo bagels around the corner. JeJoJo had cold AC, and the bagel I bought there was much fresher than the bagel my daughter bought from Poppy seeds!!! I have been going toThis bagel store for the last year now theres new people behind the counter seems for the last month or so today i ordered 1 egg white on a roll nothing else on it they rang it up $4.00 omelet+1.50 egg white and i said what how much ? I don't like leaving bad reviews but bro... just left there a little while ago, got home to find that my boyfriend's and I entire order is either wrong or just trash. I ordered an egg sandwich with fried eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, home fries & spk - received a sandwich that had scrambled eggs, no bacon and maybe a dot of ketchup on one half? And my boyfriend's "toasted" bagel is almost entirely black and burnt. We also waited about 20-25 minutes for this. We came back home to visit family on LI for the weekend from out of state and were really looking forward to a bagel and egg sandwich and this was a truly disappointing...
