Disappointing, and over priced. Sandwiches are good, unless you wanted the one you ordered. Have now had 2 experiences back to back where the sandwich is completely wrong. Ordered a turkey club on rye with Mayo, only to get home and it is a stack of turkey on rye bread, no Mayo, nothing else on the sandwich. Thinking maybe they didn’t hear me correctly and let it pass. Went today and I ordered the Itis, only to get home and see i finally got my turkey club I wanted a few weeks prior. I watched the woman behind me order off the sandwich board specials and the worker had no idea what sandwich she was referring to. Then watched a man order 1/2lb of potato salad, which in my opinion took way too long as that was the only thing he came in for, for him to then be given 1lb, only reason he noticed was she was charging $11 for it, she then tried charging $5.50 for the 1/2lb and when he said it was expensive she then lowered it to $4.90. Expensive, not worth the wait (always spend 20 min at the minimum) and I don’t receive correct food. Will definitely be waiting to go back and see if management can work out their kinks and get...

DoorDash brought the wrong food and they said the woman at the deli said the bag I got was for me. I called the deli and they picked up the phone and hung up. I called back to let them know DoorDash blamed it on them. The woman was honest and said the receipt that was taped on fell off the bag. The manager should have opened the bag and made sure her assumption was correct. My Oder was for a sandwich and a large container of potato salad, the order I received was a sandwich on a roll.
