Vincenzo's Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I enjoyed this pizzeria when it was at its previous location downport, and was sad when that closed. Imagine my surprise when they reopened in my neighborhood! The folks there are pleasant, friendly and helpful, and their pizza is even more consistently tasty than I remembered! I love the fact that they'll still let you pay with a card on purchases under their $10 minimum if you are willing to pay $.50 towards the processing fee. Much more convenient than stopping at a random ATM for cash if I'm just craving a couple slices and a soda :D As a result of this new location, they also have an upgraded dining experience with tasteful decor, beautiful fully set tables, and a small bartender station. The dinner menu and specials sound good, so I'm looking forward to taking a friend for a nice meal sometime. I hope Vincenzo's does well in Miller Place-- there are already a few established pizzerias in the area but it's nice to have variety and options. We’ve been going since they opened in Miller Place. We liked their pizza and would occasionally go for dinner. We held a party there last weekend and we will never go back. The party went fine - even though the service was verrry slow. They were finally serving the entrees at the time we were supposed to be done. That said, the party went fine. The issue was the bill. We had a catering sheet that detailed the price per head and what was included. I reviewed the bill when we got home and it was wrong - we had been overcharged by over $500. Went back today to discuss and Vincenzo gave us a runaround. He wouldn’t honor the price per head on the catering sheet - they charged us 15% more. And we were charged $80 for menus (not listed on the catering sheet in). On top of that they did the math wrong and added $200 to the bill that even they couldn’t explain. In the end, he gave me back half the overcharge and lost a pretty consistent customer forever. I can’t say don’t go for pizza, which is pretty good, but never have...

My husband and I are self proclaimed pizza foodies LMAO. We always try to make a point of stopping at a new pizza place and trying their regular slice until we find one we can agree is our favorite because in my opinion the regular and white slice is the best way to determine... In our 13 years together. We have tried a lot of pizza LMAO. We're still trying to get in shape but round is a shape. What I want to say is this pizza has never disappointed me from the white slice to the regular slice to the eggplant slice to the macaroni and cheese slice and on top of that.... I had no teeth for a while and couldn't eat pizza and they made me the most amazing rice ball quartered and parmesan! Take it from a pizza foodie...
