Honestly, this is the closest Wendys to my house. It's only 3 minutes. I only go here once in a while, if its late and I don't want to drive to far because of the bad experiences I've had in the past. Speaking as a previous Wendys manager, the service is always terrible. Be the rude staff, not giving everything that should be given with an order (dressings, toppings, utensils, receipt, etc), getting the wrong order (on many occasions), or even staff cursing and loudly playing explicit language that you can hear it in your car. This time, I only wanted a strawberry Dave's craft lemonade and to redeem a frosty from my rewards. I pull up, and after paying the staff went to hand me a regular lemonade. I told him I ordered a strawberry one. He turned away, made my drink, handed it to me, and went on to do someone elses drink. I sat there waiting for a minute waiting for my frosty before the manager came to the window. Didn't even know what was going on. I told him I just needed my frosty. The team member had no reason to give me attitude because I asked for my correct order that I paid for. I know from experience that it is easy to take an order and talk to another customer. If he could not handle that while not giving an attitude, he should not be working...

First, if you don't know how to do simple math and make change for customers, why are you working as a cashier at a drive-thru? Second, the manager, Rochelle, began staring at me and then aggressively approached the window asking me in a loud and nasty tone if I had a problem. I told her I did not have a problem but her cashier was having a problem making change for me. Rochelle then had to help the cashier make the proper change which he then handed to me. Rochelle then yelled at me to leave the drive-thru as I was handed my bag of food. Instead of Rochelle saying to me "sorry about the confusion" she treated me like I was a criminal.
