Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Busti

There are a few great employees and 1 amazing manager but I have to give the location a 1 as when those 3-4 are not there it's disgusting, and talk about rude unbelievable. And they try to make you out to be a liar when your food is trash. All it would take is a cleaning house hire some employees that can make food and have a customer service attitude. We are done there after this last time, and how it was delt with. And to add Our neighbors normally order weekly and tip huge large orders, well the driver took 45 min to go a 7 min drive, then their next order they cut them off said too far a drive, it's literally 7min, then it became an argument with the Employees yelling at them, as they do and then hang up on you. I myself have been hung up on 2-3 times when I called to report a nasty pizza, soon as you say something is wrong they hang up after telling you no it's fine. The most ridiculous location in town to deal with. We were regulars the good guys know us, and it's sad as they always helped and made a great pizza, but we can't support this location anymore after...

My husband went to this store today to order a sandwich. My husband does not understand why a name is necessary especially when he is the ONLY PERSON in the place. He inquired of the clerk, “Why is my name important when I am the only person here?” She RAISED HER VOICE and YELLED at him! “ I HAVE TO HAVE A NAME TO PLACE THE ORDER!” He asked, “ Why can’t I order a sandwich when I am the only person here at 3:30 pm without giving my name!” She again SCREAMED AT HIM! If she would have said ,”I can’t override this option.” He would have been fine…. Is she following rules that make it difficult to please a customer? If so, many establishments need to change their practices! Let me just say…he left, after being screamed at TWICE by YOUR EMPLOYEE and did not place his order and left your establishment and went elsewhere to get a bite to eat. Fastest and best delivery pizza in the area, superior to their competitor on Fairmount (PH) in nearly every area. The lone exception there is PH's boneless wings are usually amazingly good, especially the buffalo and teriyaki versions.

Drivers occasionally forget the drinks, and very often forget any extra sauces which have been ordered, which can be a real hassle because I'm never going to send someone who relies on making as many deliveries as possible during their shift make another trip just for sauce cups.

Forgetfulness has really improved over the past six months, perhaps related to customer concerns expressed to management. I know that multiple times when I called to report something missing, it was the manager who took my call.

Anyway... convenient, friendly, best pizza, fastest delivery, plus they have the best app by a mile, though that's not specific to this...
