Wow! Not gonna lie, this place delivered! First time ordering and eating there in person. My group ordered a variety of items to cover the spread and try and sample a little of everything. Cuban sandwich was on point, was pleasantly surpised by the quality and thickness of the ham used. It was Sunday, so we ordered the specials, being the chicken dinner and baby back ribs. The people in my group loved the chicken and sides. The ribs were a 5 star all day. Perfect char on the outside and unbelievably juicy on the inside. Sauce was also bossed up beyond expectation. Elevated the ribs that much more. Perfect bite and subtle spice mixed with a perfect tang. And finally the loaded fries, awesome as well! This place is CASH only, it's a food truck, but there is covered outdoor picnic tables and you can also sit inside the trolley to eat. The food is typical food truck food greasy and for the most part pretty yummy. Really liked the Mac n cheese although it needed salt & pepper (no biggie). The cuban was good, but personally I prefer the panini version. This was on Texas toast type bread. The pork was a little dry, but not gross. The only real complaint I had was the pickles because they gave me the outside ends and they were very tough and mostly just skin. Overall...

On our way back home from vacation, we decided to stop for some barbecue chicken for a quick lunch. We waited 20 minutes for barbecue that was supposedly done at 11am. Their no other patrons in line. When we came home and opened the boxes we were not impressed, the mac-n-cheese had a hair in it. We made the decision not to call or drive 30 minutes back, since we needed to get unpacked.
