KFC — Restaurant in Town of Camillus

1 star only because I can't go any lower. Person at register was very unpleasant. Elbows on counter and leaning while taking order. Absolutely uninterested in helping to explain value meals. After order was taken,he serves us with partial of what we actually did order. And remember, he was the one who took our order less than five minutes prior. No napkins, salt or pepper. Lids for all fountain drinks we unstocked and/or unavailable. Just a miserable affair and will never return. My wife's chicken potpie was unbelievably prepared with such small pieces of popcorn chicken that she lost her appetite when coupled with the corn that was blue/black in color.......!!! Wow if the coronal could have seen this he surely would have fired the entire crew starting with the manager and down to whoever hired the manager in the first place......atmosphere????? We were so taken by the service and what we were served that I'm sure we never noticed an atmosphere.

The night staff is always trying to close early, even an hour+ before closing time on several occasions I’ve received attitude and been told about how annoying it will be for them to have to turn the stove back on or heat up oil again and how they’re out of almost everything. I also tried ordering on the app two hours before closing for a pick up one hour away from the time that I ordered it and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that I would have to wait because they don’t have food ready and they’re gonna have to turn things back onto to cook it and asked if I was willing to wait 20 minutes or if I didn’t want the food, Trying to convince me to cancel the order so they don’t have to cook anything. I thought ordering an hour in advance would give them enough time to be prepared to cook the food, but apparently not I’m currently having to sit and wait for them to prepare food while receiving attitude about how annoying it is for them to turn things back on even though the food was ordered an hour ago for pick up at this time. Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered an 8 piece and a large Mac n cheese with a large potatoes and gravy with biscuits. We got 4 tenders and 2 orders of fries and a large drink through Uber eats. We called the store spoke to Jennifer who said she was the store manager. She did nothing to try to make it right then we asked for a supervisors number and got told that there is no supervisor. Horrible customer service. $40 for 4 tender 2 fries and a large drink. How could they think that was acceptable with the store manager there closing. First time I ordered from here my driver called me and told me they told him they didn't have any chicken. That's like McDonald's not having burgers. It's rediculous. So I thought tonight I would try again and that was a big mistake.
