Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Camillus

If you use the mobile app or the drive through at all, chances are your order will be incorrect. I think I have a correct order 20% of the time when I order at this particular Taco Bell. The last time I ordered via the mobile app I was missing items so I had to circle back in the drive-thru as the dining room was now closed. I waited 25 minutes for a missing item. My original order, sitting next to me on the passenger seat, was now ice cold and there were no apologies issued.

While I sat in line waiting for my missing item, I started to fill out the contact us form on the Taco Bell app. After filling out a plethora of information, the final step was to insert my order number. I was not giving a receipt nor could I go back into the app to find the order number without losing all of the information I entered in the contact us area of the app. I feel like this was intentional in order to reduce the number of complaints as it would not be difficult to allow me to select my previous order As well as manually type in an order number.

I have ordered from this Taco Bell for years. Back in the early 2000s I worked next door at the now defunct OfficeMax. On occasion I would venture to Taco Bell on my lunch break and even then my order was never correct.

At this point it's expected to not receive an accurate order, I am only writing this review to let everyone know, before you pull away, always check to ensure your items are accurate and complete. Maybe if we all take the time to verify our order, they will realize this is only done because of the repeated mistakes of the past.

I will say if you want the best Taco Bell experience in all of Syracuse, New York, it is worth driving out to the location on route 57 in Liverpool. For the few times I've visited that location, my order was always accurate. The food was always warm and the quality was by far better than the location...

Absurdly bad service. Multiple missing tacos and no sauce or lettuce on anything? Not even a warning for the one car in front of me? I can't even leave a review I didn't even get 40% of my meal. Not only stealing money but people's time. Criminal./ 6/3/2024 for dinner. This is an additional post. Apparently soft taco means crunchy and when you ask for sauces even when they show up on the recite you probably won't get any.....or the cinnamon twists allegedly part of the grill cheeze box....pretty sure charging me full price and not even giving me all the items is considered a form of stealing.... pretty sure my grilled cheeze burrito box is automatically supposed too get a avacado salsa packet ( obviously they forgot like everyone and everything else R.I.P taco Bell) but CLEARLY on the receipt you can see it's even listed separately with all other sauces, and if you look above it even says soft taco. Apparently they can't even read now for a prior employment requirement. Something tells me they removed the fact you can add photos specifically for this location so I apologize for my followers but you cannot see my receipt if you want too see it I'll send it to...

Confident that my fiance got food posioning on Sunday 4/22/18 from this location. He has been sick for 3 days and can barely make it to work or sleep through the night. I called the staff Sunday night and they asked if I could come fill out an incident report asap. I explained I had to be up to start my day in 5 hours and coming in at almost midnight was unresonable. Monday afternoon I received a call back from the manager who apologized several times and was still requesting that I come in to fill out paper work. When I explained I had absolutely no time to come in monday between work, a doctors appointment, and caring for my fiance they offered to just take down my address over the phone. I have no idea what the plan of action on their end is or if they will do anything more than mail a voucher (that we will NEVER use) or send a card saying sorry. Dont eat taco bell its not worth it. It's not worth the sickness, the money loss from missing work, the time missed with family, or the doctor bills we'll be paying because he will be headed to the emergency room as soon as he can leave work.( I only gave this review one star because it wouldn't let me post with...
