Attention ppl of color!! Stay away! Came to this place once and will never return!! Would rate below 0 stars if i could!! This place should be investigated!! Was greeted very rudely by BRIDGET (PROBABLY A FAKE NAME!) who claims to be a manager. I ordered a shake and she walked away without letting me finish the order. I disregarded that because we all have rough days. I asked her what has chocolate chips she says, "Nothing" (rudely), "oh except for 1 flavor!!" So I say, "I will take 2 scoops of that" for my 5 year old!! Then she says, "wait what flavor?" 🤔 Then as I'm asking my oldest child what she would like she begins asking me if I want anything else. So, I ask my oldest again what she would like she once again asks me If I want anything else!! I canceled the order completely. As I get in my vehicle she talks among co workers as if she is confused!! I'll pray for ppl like you and I will never spend money with ppl like you! Going to look your business up on BBB Right now. That last review on here talking about the girl was rude is probably the most untrue and ridiculous thing I’ve ever read . I’m a loyal customer of Peters Polar Parlor of many years. ALWAYS have a great experience and Bridget the one with the fake name is always the one who takes care of me. If that customer knew anything or had been there before he would know that they take order by order , it’s not a restaurant where they take the whole order at once. It sounds like your a very hard person to please and you just like to write bad reviews on people and places because of that.
