Best short-order burger in the greater Roch area. Every time. This is the only burger joint at which my 8yr old daughter will finish her burger before I do.

Also: as many pickles as you want.

I generally get the Charlie Burger - poppyseed bun with provolone - with added bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, a little mayo. Have to add pickles yourself - they have sweet B&Bs and sour dills (chips both). Sometimes go for the hard roll. Up-charge for the bacon only.

Garbage plates are good as well, and you can get 3 bases for no extra charge. We generally get mac salad, fries, and baked beans.

Fri fish fri while not the best around - relative to how awesome their burgers are - is still good.

Fast, friendly service here at Charlie’s. My family and I don’t visit here often, but my son played a great game of football and according to his teenage self…he was starving (he’s not starving)😂 and wanted mozzarella sticks. Food was satisfying. There’s something about the ambiance that reminds me of my childhood in Canandaigua. It was busy at the ordering counter, but the team handled it well. Lots of tables available and it was quiet in the dining room. Plenty of parking. Tables were wiped down by staff regularly. I had the blue burger which was good. It’s gigantic so I want able to eat the fries that came with it. My husband had the half plate which was also large and unfinished. I love going here. I have many fond memories of going here with my grandparents when they were alive, and going with my brother to get garbage plates when I was having a really bad day. Something about sitting in the over sized corner booth with family and friends has always sparked hot for me. They have great food, fast and friendly service, and they get through a line of people quickly with very few mess ups. Don't forget to get some pickles from the side counter as they have sweet and dill in containers. I ALWAYS get a loganberry soda with my food.
