My latest purchase was on last week Friday. I've been meaning to post this but time got ahead of me. Usually, the customer service is fairly decent (base upon my two visits). Not the best that it can be, not lively, not welcoming but fairly decent. It can be improved! (They get the job done as far as asking what you want, but not with enthusiasm at all. More like tired, hot annoyed and just want to be finished with the day) I stopped by in the morning before an event and the manager (forgot his name by now, but he was I believe of Indian decent) took my dads order. After taking my dads order, my dad tells him that he would like his tea made without much sweetener. Also for one of the meals my dad placed he wanted a grilled cheese instead of the sandwich they were getting ready to make. My dad told him that he would like to switch his order (paying whatever difference there was. Basically trying to apologize and fix the inconvenience on their behalf and defuse any possible situation(s)) Quickly after that the manager tells him that there is nothing he can do, the orders are already processed, made and cannot be fixed. At that point I was a little confused because there's was nobody in the store, it was in the morning, before preparing to go to a funeral and the manager was terriably nasty. I am not sure if the start to his morning went well or if he was having an off day but there is absolutely no tolerance or no accepting rudeness when someone (a customer) comes into a place to purchase something from your store. The other two employees that were present at that moment barely spoke English and it was clear they were upset because they didn't want to remake the sandwhich or beverage. Also speaking Spanish (talking people didn't understand them) The entire team needs a meeting to quickly restructure the way in which they operate. They need to set up a plan that will help them maneuver through situations that get difficult to them and stop taking their job so serious. Because at the end of the day it is Dunkin Donuts, it is not corporate but is an independent store they are working at which ALL they have to do and is purposed for is to supply sandwhiches, beverages and most importantly donuts. Let's work on it! Work on creating a more inviting environment. Which also provides a supportive, encouraging and respectful atmosphere in which ALL customers would enjoy. Therefore there aren't many compliments or reviews that hinder there growth and rate of customers. Good day to all.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe woman that is at the drive through taking orders, Sidalia, is very, very nasty. She made sure to tell me to āOrder everything right nowā after every item. After I finished my order she said āThats it? If its not everything youāre not ordering anything else at the windowā. I pulled up to the window and she spitefully made my order incorrect after reading it back to me. This is not the first time she has been extremely rude and disrespectful with me through the drive through, there have been multiple other occasions, and ones where she has been saying disrespectful and disgusting things to not only the customers, but her co-workers as well, she had told one of them it was their fault their baby was dead while I was waiting for my coffee on another occasion. I have seen her on multiple occassions arguing with her peers, but this visit was enough for me to finally say something.
She is a big problem and continues to drive away customers, and from some of the people who have quit working there, she has gotten them to quit through her psycopathic antics and poor social skills. I continue to wonder how she is still employed with the way she interacts with people around her. After multiple drive through visits, she is the one person who continues to have poor social skills and ruin my mornings. Sidalia does not run on Dunkin, she runs on Depression and Drama.
It seems she has personal issues that she brings to her place of work and its honestly disheartening seeing this location fall from how well run it used to be. I hope they remove this tumor from this location and everything becomes smooth like it used to be. I hope someone in charge sees this review and sits her down because the way she acts is unacceptable.
As long as she is there, I will NOT be patroning...

The crew here today (4-26-25) was absolutely atrocious! Drive up and ordered an iced coffee with skim milk, and a regular coffee w/sugar on the side. Only thing they got right was sugar on the side! Kid at the window hands takes my card, returns it, doesn't even ask if I want a receipt. Then hands me my order, first the iced skim that was so dark, was almost black. Then hands me another iced coffee (?) and says skim milk. I informed him that it was supposed to be regular w/non-skim. He looks at me with a smirk and asks "do you really want to send it back"... Like??? Really? Well, I respond it's not what I ordered. So he goes, returns with the iced coffee barely a minute later, it's lighter, so they just put more milk in, and it's still iced coffee! Not a hot regular... You can't make this stuff up!
Man... I didn't have the heart to tell him this exactly how ridiculously moronic that was...
And can now understand why customers throw their coffee back! I didn't, lol, but maybe it would've woke these kids up!
There was nobody on line in the drive thru or inside, and it still took minutes for the order, etc. Just terrible service, ridiculous attitude and a reason why I don't usually frequent Dunkin... Won't any time...
