The best spot for speciality coffee. Serving several options for espresso based and pour over drinks. They also offer a decaf option for both!

The pourover I had was excellent, very clean and fruity profile. They also sell beans from top roasters such as Ilse, Nomad, SEY, Subtext, and Moonwake to name a few.

I also appreciated that they made our drinks to come out at...

The best new cafe in Catskill! I had an oat milk latte and delicious homemade cookie. My friend said she had the best pour over coffee that she’s ever had.. Ample outdoor and indoor seating along with a super cool listening room. Incredible attention to detail down to the hand painted signs. Come...

So happy 27 Cafe in finally open in Catskill!! Beautiful and super welcoming space with surprisingly reasonably prices (tip included!) and everything tastes SO GOOD. Attention to detail everywhere.. don’t even get me started on the listening room....
