Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

If I could give them no stars I would. I arrived at ~10:30pm and placed an order that included 2x 10 piece nuggets and 2x medium fries. There was a young guy manager and an older woman working the window. I'm told to pull around they're waiting on nuggets. Fine. No problem waiting a little for fresh food. I mean, I am a paying customer I should get my food hot and fresh.

Finally the woman comes out with the bag. Tosses it in my window and quickly heads back in. Having not received a receipt after payment, I assumed it would be with the bag. It was not. She knows what she did. She didn't want me to get a receipt so I couldn't review them.

Everything I ordered looked to be in the bag. In a sense it was. Burgers, nuggets, fries all there. I touched the nuggets, hot, just out of the oil. I touched the fries, room temperature, soggy, old garbage. They served me something that should have been tossed in the trash. Something that had been below 140°F for some time.

On top of serving me garbage, they rub it in by taking away my first recourse, the receipt. Well older woman who I assumed would be the only person in there who would do their job, you didn't do what you were paid to do.

I shouldn't have to take time out of my day to go back through your drive thru and complain that you served me garbage in order for you to do your job. From the rest of the reviews listed here I can see that stuff like this is common practice at this establishment.

I was defrauded! A product was misrepresented and sold to me under false pretenses in order to turn a profit. Two handfuls of fries can't cost more than $.50 to this company and that's generous. I will spread the word wherever I go until I get bored of slamming your scam...

Terrible location! Management does not put in the effort to fix mistakes and rectify complaints. Food order is usually taken wrong, sauces never served with meal. Nonetheless food is either old and hard or cold. (Posted 4 months ago)

Update: Robin tried to steal from me and take my money. Told me I can pay the price of a large but will only give me the small 16oz cup of the frozen drink. It's on the app that I can order a larger oz size, but she refuses to honor what I paid. She is willing to short change you any and everyway possible. This isn't her first time doing it to me either. My food sat on the counter since the car in front of me was there, and sat there when they tried to give me the wrong drink and refuse me the drink I asked for. So time I got my food, it was ice cold. If you ask for something and they charge you something else then that's on them. They charged me for a large fountain drink, but I ended up leaving with a $1.00 16 oz frozen drink. If you can avoid this BK location I urge you for your health and safety to do so. Robin willingly removed her mask with her bare hands and was talking without it. Which she never sanitized nor washed her hands afterwards bcuz she went right to work when I was leaving.

Earlier this year my mother and I got sick from the food they gave us. I did the survey, received a call from a male. I explained to him everything and he said he needs to talk to the district manager and has yet to call back with more information or even a refund since I had to throw away basically the...

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I don't know what the hell is wrong with the person that was at the drive-thru when I ordered today he seemed like he was drunk or high today... On that note I asked for something to be bagged separately because I have a food allergy and the employee. Then after taking my money decided to take the food out of one bag and put it into a new bag after touching all the food I ordered. If I wasn't careful, this employee would have killed me and I would have sued the living heck out of this location. I shouldn't have to tell everybody about my allergy. And thanks to your employee now me and my family are fighting. I don't ever want to see that employee again because I don't have anything nice to say to them and I'd rather be an adult but due to this world I will never go back there.
