I am not one to usually get McDonald’s because I want to, but more because it’s quick, cheep, and open late, and today I was tired after work and just wanted to get something to put in my stomach and then go to bed. I decided to get it a little through my long drive home, so this McDonald’s was the closest, and I have never been to this one before. At about 10:30p today, I pull up, give my usual order, and when I pull up to pay, the guy asks for a few more seconds before taking my payment, to which I get a little concerned that something is wrong, but I wait and then pay and pull up. Then, one of the guys at the second window informs me that the food will just be a bit and asks me to pull up to wait, which I do. At this point, I am very concerned there is some sort of problem or that my food will take a long time (but I would wait anyway, as I have no better option), but only a minute later, the food was brought out (and it took me a little bit to notice the worker standing awkwardly outside of my car, and I apologize for this!).
But I am writing my first review ever because these workers served me the best McDonald’s I’ve had in my entire life, and I have had more McDonald’s that I would like to admit. My mind was truly blown: I don’t know what they did to make the texture and taste so drastically different (in a good way) from other places, but I have never had a McDonald’s burger so juicy, McNuggets so crispy, and fries so good; everything tasted like actual REAL food, and that’s something I don’t usually associate with McDonald’s food. I don’t know what these workers did to make the food taste so good and so not-typically-McDonald’s, but they did great, and they were all super kind, too!
Just want to say that y’all are doing an absolute great job, even though I was a little concerned, but I see now I shouldn’t have been. Keep doing great work, you are very much appreciated, especially by people like me who on late nights after work are too tired to make their own food. Receiving a genuinely tasty meal (cheep, too) late at night after being drained from the day: it’s small, but it really matters. You all made my day. Whatever y’all did to make the food genuinely good and appetizing: keep it up. Customer service: really kind faces and good communication skills. Please, keep up the good work. Working a job like this can’t be easy, but this one customer really appreciates the effort and work you put in just for my meal. Thank you, and y’all deserve...
Read moreHi! I’m leaving this review to let everybody know how TOTALLY GREAT the entire staff was to me today (Nov. 23, 2024 12-1 pm ) I’ll start by saying my day was crap from the minute I opened my eyes this morning and having to go back to this restaurant was more than frustrating because it was no where near my house and I had to drive 17 minutes to get there. When I arrived ( the second time) the girls at the counter. I believe one was training the other. I had come back due to a change discrepancy. I was treated very well, listened to, my questions were acknowledged and dealt with so quickly and professionally. The discrepancy was corrected and I left the restaurant. I got to my car and could not find my phone. I thought I may have brought it into the restaurant so I back tracked. It was not anywhere, but the manager I’m assuming he was the manager due to the shirt and tie, and he’s the one who handled my initial problem. He noticed me looking aroundand asked if he could help me, I told him I couldn’t find my phone, he asked if I wanted him to call it so he did and I went back out to my car but could not hear it ringing. I went back in and he allowed me to use a phone to call my family member to check the Life 360 app to see if the phone was walking away from the restaurant. But me not having my phone, couldn’t remember anyone’s number but my husband and he was at work and didn’t answer. I stood in there on the phone trying countless number combinations hoping to reach one of my children with no luck and in between calling my husband who still wasn’t answering. Close to tears I go back out and eventually find it in my car. I went back into the restaurant and let them know I found it and I swear the staff was as happy as I was. I really appreciate the extra mile they went and the sincere happiness they expressed. Keep up the AWESOMENESS guys! You make the world a better place!! I feel silly going back into ask for their names, but the two front counter girls, the girl at the drive thu window (the one who gives you your food,) and the manager.. YOU ALL GET FIVE STARS IN MY BOOK!! I left there in such a better mood with a much better outlook...
Read moreTo whom it may concern, I was at your restaurant out of pure need! See, I was staying at the Aloft hotel that is behind your place, we checked in got to our room and as usual I did my normal once over, things were ok until I got to the coffee pot. There were a ton of coffee (I don't drink) & a bunch of flavored teas. I then went to the desk for "regular tea bags" well they had none& said they would call their "sister site" I crossed my fingers & waited. Much to my dismay there were none there either! Ugh...I kindly asked how we could take care of this NEED of mine & I got a shoulder shrug, I was pissed but asked if they could send the van driver to the store for some, the answer was, no. And that's where your store came in. My son & I walked up to you guys & the poor girl must have thought I was some kind of Karen! lol. I told her, no rush, but I had a request. When she got to me I said 'I need to buy tea, 2 cups of tea but with no cup or water just the tea bags. She was such a pleasant young lady & took care of my need I can't remember her name but I was there on January 28th about 8-9 o'clock. I would be very grateful if you acknowledged this girl for having a helping spirit in my time of...
