I come here every single day and the wait is 45mins-1hr no matter what time of day. Today I had waited about 30 mins just to get to the speaker, it was 12:55 and no one came to the speaker for about 5-10 mins and when they did, they said they were closing at 1pm and refused to take my order, even though I was there beforehand, waiting on a worker to get to the window.(And might I add, I heard him say to another worker "oh I didn't have my headset on"). I was still stuck in line for 10 more minutes while they served everyone else in front of me that they hadn't refused service to. No cones. No signs until you got to the speaker - and by then you're stuck in line. There was about 10 cars behind me stuck too. God awful, abysmal customer service. Rude, ignorant and entitled workers. It's always something when I go there; they make their own hours, they're out of everything all the time. My drink is wrong constantly yet I never say anything. But today was the final straw for me. Never, ever again. That location needs to be shut down. Let me add: the old, regular employees are great and friendly - I wish I knew their names, this review has nothing to do with then. It's these new kids the company is bringing in that are just terrible. They seriously had my blood boiling today when they shut and locked the window in my face after refusing to take my order because THEY didn't put a sign out announcing their closing or come to the speaker for 10 mins, which I would have easily made the cut off...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer for over 15 years at that location. I have drinks that I specifically order throughout the seasons. Went through today to get my usual mind you it has 5 extras in there making a normally $6 making it $10. Asked for it to be in a Trenta cup like I always do. Which was recommended by a supervisor one day after my drink spilled all over because its to full. Well anywho today I was told no. Asked to pay for the bigger cup told no. Whoever that girl was at the front window was not nice. This is like me asking for my normal drink but telling starbucks im only going to pay base price. Your stealing from customers. 5 extras will not fit in whatever size they order so we put it in the bigger cup. Im not asking for anything for free just what I paid for. Thankfully I have multiple around me so I went to another one. I get it we are in the age where customer isnt always right but again customer for 15 years. Never once had an issue with my drink. Do better or idk if your employee cant do customer service put them somewhere else like a runner or something. All in all I gave three stars because I usually never have issue nor complain when the drink is messed up. We arent talking about $2-$3 we are talking about average $6-$7 drink here...
Read moreI love starbuck and everything is perfect to me except the drive through and the entrance that we use to enter through Starbuck was too small!! People who are go in and out of Starbuck always mad at each other because “we” clogged their way. Just the normal morning when I try to pick up my order and those two different car are extremely mad at me because I turn to Starbuck entrance! They swear at me supper offensive just because I turn but I did let them go out first they were just stopped in the middle of the entrance so I thought I might drive in and they pissed off. Sometimes I waited at the drive through they even honk at me I was just minding my own business!!! And I’m pretty sure lots of people are in the same situation as me!
