Soo disappointed in this place and wish I could give a negative 5 star. We’re frequently ordering from here every friday because frankly there arent many pizza places near by and we moved here a few months ago and don’t know the area well and I’ll be honest I can’t believe that we continued to order from this place every single week after all the issues that we’ve had, but instead of writing a novel about every single issue, I’ll just address yesterday. Yesterday (Friday) we got a large pizza, 2 fish fry dinners, a full sub and 2 orders of fried mushrooms. The first thing that I noticed was the young girl who was cutting the pizza behind the counter with her long curly pony tail dangling onto someone else’s pizza, which I did make a joking comment to bring it to her attention in a nice way, as to not call her out or seem nasty, And that’s when I noticed how disgusting he food is behind the counter going into the kitchen (normally my husband grabs the food, I’ve never actually begin inside until yesterday and had I seen that sooner, I wouldn’t have eaten there agaun). Anyway some of this is my fault for not checking my food before leaving when I came to pick it up, I don’t know why I had any faith that it would be right anyway since 5/10 the foods NOT right. Anyways we get home and there’s like 10 fries in the fish fries and that’s not normal but whatever I wasn’t going to complain about being shorted on fries .. Then, the fish fries were beyond burnt it was like cardboard. And normally I don’t complain because I understand accidents happen, but not only did we pay $69 for all the food, the fish was so burnt I couldn’t believe that they actually served it to us this fish shaped cardboard, it was inedible so I called and got a credit for the 2 dinners because I didn’t feel like driving all the way back last night for them, so I was going to use them next Friday. Then after I hung up with the manager, I ended up trying to eat the sub and after a few bites my mother pointed out that there was MOLD on the sub roll. So I had to call AGAIN and the manager was way less than friendly when he said that he wasn’t going to refund the sub unless he saw it and expected us to drive back with the food but after explaining I had kids I had to pack up in the car AGAIN he decided to send someone to bring the food. Now I get it was a Friday night and it was probably a little busy but we still had to wait OVER AN HOUR for 3 people to be able to eat.. I get it, things take time. But after having to wait the extra hour for the food, I was disappointed with the fact that the sub that I waited for was not right either and they delivered me someone else’s sub. I didn’t even bother calling for the third time, after how annoyed the manager seemed by me the second time I called. I wasn’t nasty or even aggravated with him after I had to call the second time, he basically told me I was lying about the mold on the roll and he wasn’t going to refund it with the fish fries until he saw the mold with his own eyes... absolutely terrible customer service. Instead of calling back to complain for a THIRD time in one night and be barked at and talked down to by the “manager”, we just decided to spend our $65-$100 every Friday, somewhere else from now on. Read moreMy parents ordered a regular large pepperoni pizza. When my dad went to pick up the pizza, they gave him a total that was less than what he normally pays. He tried to tell the cashier something wasn't right because the total wasn't correct. My dad, being the upstanding person that he is, paid what he normally pays for his normal pizza even though the cashier gave him a lower total. At that point, the cashier should've known something wasn't right and that they were not giving my dad the correct order. They gave him someone else's order with the same name even though they have phone numbers they could've checked, cuz ya know, sometimes people do have the same name. When my dad brought the pizza home, he opened the box and noticed the pizza did not fill out the box like it normally does, but he assumed maybe they ran out of large boxes and put his large in a half sheet box, but after starting to eat, he knew the pizza was not a normal large. It was a ny style which is a medium pizza stretched extra thin with curl up pepperoni so it is too large to put in a medium box but too small to fill out a large box. When my mother called to have it corrected, they wanted her to bring back the half eaten ny style and only give her a regular medium pepperoni instead of the large they ordered (and paid for mind you). This way, things would "even out" for them, but does not make things right with the customer. Never have I heard of a pizza place doing this. I have worked at several pizza places in the area. If we made a mistake, we would tell the customer to keep the wrong order (we wouldn't be able to do anything with it if brought back anyway) and give them their correct order. This is the least they could've done for messing up and causing an inconvenience of having to come back. On top of everything, the manager was so incredibly rude and disrespectful to my elderly mother when she went to pick up the medium pizza. Read moreWe ordered a sheet pizza (half white, half pepperoni and onions) and 20 wings. I specifically asked for the wings to be cooked 25 minutes and no less. I was quoted an hour for my delivery. The food got to my house 30 minutes past the quoted time, the pizza was NOT White pizza, it was regular cheese pizza. The wings were so soggy and gross. Needless to say I gave them a call back, the phone rang and rang for 15 minutes. When someone finally answered they told me they were closed. I asked to talk to the manager ( he was trying to be helpful but the owner in the background wouldn't let that happen) I asked to speak to the actual owner. When the owner got on the phone, he told me he doesn't believe me that the order is wrong and they weren't going to remake it. He said bring the food back and maybe I would get a refund if he approved of it. I asked for the food to be delivered for a reason because my kids are home sick and I wasn't packing them up in the car just to please the owner AFTER an already terrible experience. I asked for the owner's name and he told me I didn't need to know it. Then he said "it's BOB! my name is BOB alright?" I am so disgusted with how the owner handled things and how rude he was.
