Honestly so fed up with this Taco Bell. In the first months after it opened, 90% of orders were wrong. That finally improved but now the speed of the restaurant is so bad I don’t even want to go anymore. This has been going on for MONTHS and hasn’t improved. Every time we go, we wait in the drive thru for minimum 30 minutes. Every time we go, people end up squeezing past or driving over the curb to give up and escape the line. It takes 5-10 minutes PER CAR. Today I watched the same car sit at the window for 12 min. After that car finally pulled away, the car at the order location was still sitting there for 5 more minutes.
Finally I backed out (after 30 minutes I had only pulled up 2 cars and wasn’t even in the lane yet) and decided to try going inside. There was no one on line or waiting for an order. It still took almost 20 min to get my food. While I was there, I watched what went on behind the counter. There were only 4 employees, and two of them literally stood around for 90% of the time and watched the other two make the food. And the 2 people making food would randomly stop working in the middle of orders and stand there talking about customers for minutes at a time. There was one employee to take the drive thru orders, and another to take payment. They both stood and watched the other 2 for 5-10 minutes at a time between taking orders and payment. The crazy part was the woman taking orders didn’t even work the counter, she just told people to use the kiosk while she stood around.
I love how friendly the employees are, but other than that it’s a total joke. It’s as though no one is in charge or overseeing the store, and they don’t care about customers AT ALL. Pretty sure we’re done going there which is sad but it’s...
Read moreUpdate 3/20: Ugh! Just Ugh! Not sure why we have continued to visit this Taco Bell! Since my first review, twice, we have been charged for food on the app, only to show up to be told that we couldn't pick up the food. We have contacted Taco Bell Corporate as well as the franchise. We have been told the money would be credited, we would receive a gift card . . . bla, bla, bla, bla, bla. This franchise does not care about their customers. We love Taco Bell and are so bummed that this one is so awful. Our fault for continuing to order, close our eyes and hope that, "this will be a good visit." Shame on us for trying to support a business in our town. We are done!
I want to really like this Taco Bell as it is close to home and Taco Bell is my favorite fast food. Most times workers are friendly. That said, the food and accuracy is never good. This last time, I ordered 6 items. I was handed a bag with 3. I waited at the window and said I was missing items. I was handed a bag with one item. I said I was still missing 2 items. I was handed another bag with one item. I said I was still missing an item. To this I was told I would need to park in the parking lot so that others could be served and someone would bring it out. 15 minutes later (I am trying to avoid going inside) I went in and asked for my item. After discussion with the employees at the window and 5 minutes later, I received my last item. The rest of my food was cold and tacos were soggy. Read moreSo, we’ve used online ordering at this location, 3-4 times, since it opened. Every time, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we have ordered, a portion of our order is missing… typically, it’s a chalupa or a chalupa box. I don’t know what they have against chalupas, but it’s an old sad story… Further, I do not understand how this location can possibly have any positive reviews. This most recent visit, has to be the worst. Pickup time for my order was 7pm, it was placed at 6pm… giving plenty of time for the order to be ready on a busy Friday night. When I arrived, promptly at 7pm to pickup my order, it was not ready, fair, the drive thru was packed and so was the dinning room. I gave my name, for order pickup, and waited… and waited… and waited… 30 minutes after my pickup time… then I was presented with a small bag, and told that was my order, well no, I ordered 16 items and there’s absolutely no way it’s all fitting into this bag, further, I don’t have my 3 drinks… while I waited for my drinks, I checked my order… guess what, I’m missing 1 chalupa and 1 Crunchwrap… I told them… only to be told I was wrong, have my entire order pawed through, to be told I was actually partially right and given my Crunchwrap… then I get home… open my items, and I have steak chalupas, great, free upcharge items.. but one of the items I was assured was indeed a chalupa, was not, indeed, said chalupa… since this place has opened, I have gotten tons of coupons and free food from...
