Possibly the slowest Wendy's I have been to. No one at the front counter waiting food or ordering food. Max 2 or 3 cars in drive-thru. 1 employee(Female-Tall) strictly manning the fry machine confused why people are asking for stuff that is not on the screen. I arrived to pick up someone's very simple order (3 large fries and 2 milks) they placed thru a delivery app. It took roughly 10 minutes to get to this Wendy's location after getting the order. I think there's no way this is not ready to be picked up. Imagine my surprise when they told me it would be a minute. I accept the answer happy that the customers' food would be fresh and not cold. It took almost 15 minutes to fill 3 large fries and put them in a bag. A petite young lady working the front counter apologizing because they have nothing to close the bag with. I'm OK with this customer. May not be they might think I snagged a few fries on the way. In which I did not. My only other observation: about 10 minutes after I arrived, a gentleman came up the counter and reminded the front counter girl that he was waiting on his chocolate frosty still I'm thinking to myself geez wonder how long he has been waiting for this girl to bring him his desert/drink. Girl looked confused when there were no lids for the cups lids were supposed to so he had a frosty no lid which probably was OK with him as I tend to eat mine with a spoon...
Read moreI received a coupon page in the mail and was (actually) excited to see the return of breakfast, since I'd always liked Wendy's breakfast sandwiches. I went this morning after a doctor appointment that ran a bit late - walked into the restaurant just before 10:30. The floors were slick and I thought walking in that I was going to lose my balance and fall - not a great start. There were two cars in the drive through area and clearly one was waiting for food...was still there when I walked out. I approached the counter and asked about the coupon for a breakfast combo, the fellow behind the counter took the coupon, examined it, asked what kind of combo I wanted, then proceeded to tell me "We aren't serving breakfast anymore, it's lunch menu." In shock I said, "What?" to which he replied "We stop serving breakfast at 10:30." It was 10:31 by my watch. And the breakfast menu was still on the screens over the service area. I had a momentary flashback to Michael Douglas in "Falling Down," turned on my heel and walked out. Wendy's, you might have had a return customer, save for this silliness. Really...one minute past...
Read moreThe food is good, but the management and management of the staff needs so much improvement!! Orders have constantly been wrong. Recently during an order, the manager refused to help a newer front end staff cashier find a promotional product on the register telling them to figure it out, in front of customers! When questioned later about the bad attitude in a phone call, the regional manager was very kind about it and offered to make up for it with a replacement order the next day. I went in the next day and the same manager from the day before was there and angerly remade the order. We all have bad days, I get it. I have been here 3 times in the last 8 months and it has been awful every time. That attitude comes from the top and trickles down. If managers are miserable, they make everyone that works there that way too. It's so disappointing. Ownership needs to spend more time at this location and find some ways to motivate or get some...
