Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Cicero

I have never had issues at this location until today 12/6/24 I had placed an online pickup through drive through maybe 3 minutes before arriving expecting there to be a big line however there was no line and no waiting. A woman over the speaker rudely stated that i need to give them 5-10min in advance if i was doing an online order. I understand this, but at the same time I was the only customer in line or there for that matter. As I pull up to the window it was the woman who had spoken to me about the 5-10 minute advance. She had face coverings and a head covering, hands me my coffee without saying a word. I had kindly asked for napkins and she rudely said “huh you said napkins” proceeded to hand them to me all balled up, and did not make a peep after i had said thank you. I think she needs to be talked to about her customer service because she was beyond rude. This morning at 5 AM, I was the first in line to buy a Berista cold cup. A man opened the door and asked if I was there to buy a Berista One. I said yes. He said they didn't have that model. I asked why, since I called yesterday and they had three or four. He said it depended on how many they sent to our store. As I was about to leave, the man behind me very deliberately grabbed a Berista cold cup (which was surrounded by Hello Kitty plush toys). After the checkout, I went over to him and asked why the man who said they didn't have it had it. The cashier told me he was sorry, he had already paid. It's hard not to suspect they hadn't coordinated beforehand. If we had both looked for the cup at the same time and I couldn't find it while you did, I wouldn't suspect anything. I Never usually leave reviews but I went parked in other parking lot because easier get in and out. Parked like walk anyways but the design is terrible. I went inside and it’s Christmas Eve but surprisingly inside is empty and drive thru not too many cars. But I ordered at 2:05 PM I’m very patient but they were only focused on drive thru and mobile orders understand it’s timed and have be and I’m patient but when it takes me less drive their far away time and took 30 minutes for one drink they weren’t even making anyone inside until we said something that’s just bad.
