Worst experience of my life at a fast food restaurant. I know this post is long but please read it. This is no joke, and I usually don't believe every review I read, and like to give places a chance, maybe it was one bad employee, but no. This KFC needs to be shut down for all employees that work there. Reviews below say food was good and fresh, I didn't even get to experience the food and I can tell you it's not good @ all. First there was no one waiting to take my order in the drive through line, I sat there speaking with no response. Then, I was given no total, came up to the window, to a man who took my card, left it in the credit card machine beeping, until a girl came out of the bathroom to give me my card back minutes later, with no receipt. He completely disappeared. I was then told my popcorn chicken was 3 minutes out and pulled around to the other side of the building to wait. Oh I forgot to mention they were out of half the dipping sauces. So about 5-10 minutes pass by and a girl employee with a headset comes outside to two men yelling and pushing one of them, the men were yelling she was yelling, then another KFC employee went outside to join. Mind you these two women KFC employees are fighting with these men OUTSIDE MY CAR. The one girl got into the car with the men eventually with her headset still on, and the car sped out of there. The other girl walked inside looking at my car as if nothing happened. Meanwhile the car behind me also waiting got their food and drove off. So at this point I was done. I parked, went inside, and stated I wanted a refund. I said your building is gross there is garbage all over the floor, you just fought outside my car, and it is just filthy. She goes no no no I was just about to make your food now, which wasn't even the right order when she said it back to me. I said no, give me a refund. She walked into the little manager office and said this girl want a refund cause she saw the fight outside my bad. Then I had to wait 5 minutes for them to give me my money, which was a third person, a male again. Because apparently it takes 3 people to give me an order of chicken. The guy gives me cash, with no receipt, so I said um I need a original receipt showing what my card was charged to I can ensure you just gave me the correct amount of change. Took two of them another 10 minutes to even figure out how to give me a receipt with my credit card number on it showing what I paid. So while inside, there are two men who move aside for me and are laughing (with me) because it's just absolutely ridiculous. They then proceed to try and order, the girl finds out 2 minutes later the cook apparently can't put more chicken down because they close in 30 minutes. I left, and so did they. I drove 8 minutes down the road to Popeyes and I will never return to that KFC again. It either needs to be shut down or all employees fired and rehire all new people. I never write reviews, I normally don't care enough, but I had to write this one. I hope you all read it and do not go here, give your business to someone else where you know your food is at least clean and you don't waste 40 minutes of your night to not even get any food or anything complimentary, nothing. The fact a manager or anyone didn't come out to say they were sorry their employees were fighting outside my car or anything remotely close to that is just...
Read moreI rarely give 1 star. I considered being kind, but I'm tired of being complicit with where customer service has gone. It starts with the ordering process. The last time I went to KFC, the order honestly took almost 30 minutes to be ready. Some excuse about the oil or something. It was during a rush time, so I won't accept mismanagement as an excuse. That was before Chick fil A opened. Tonight, the kids suggested KFC, based on seeing an ad. I didn't feel like cooking, so KFC it is. Because of the prior wait time, I thought it wise to use the app and order ahead. The 1st part went through. The 2nd pot pie? Nope. Some order about having ordered maximum capacity or some nonsense. I have no idea what that means, but it happened 3 times. So...off to order in person. I get to the counter and am greeted by some kid who figured I speak mumble rap. I don't, and my name isn't "Boss." OK, chief? I had to ask him to repeat himself at least 5 times. He seemed quite amused to tell me they were out of things I wanted. He misinformed me on one of the things I ordered. Long story short, I ended up spending $48 for garbage food. That's "fine" considering Bidenflation. The order was given to me by another kid. My only question to him was "is this everything?" I said it in English with my mouth open. He responded in kind by saying "yes." Somewhere in that conversation was a language barrier; no less than a subjective difference in understanding of the words used. I got the food home and started to distribute to the family. Something stood out. No chicken in the chicken tender meal? Seems fine...nope. I drove back to the store. The manager greeted me. I handed him the receipt and he asked what's missing. I told him the important part of the $23 chicken meal. I'm not sure if his huff was at me or not. He walked to the prep area. 1 minute or so later, he comes back with a box. He tells me "they knew they forgot." He opens the box and says "they look pretty good." In other words, the food I left without...10 minutes prior...was what I was given. No offer for fresh food. No offer for a discount for my time. Most glaringly, no apology. It was as if he expected it. Chick fil A is my go to for a reason. I won't make this...
Read moreWe visited this location tonight for dinner after we took a bit longer shopping than we anticipated. 3 adults and a toddler. There were two people ahead of us in line and not a single person sitting down eating. We figured this wouldn't take too long since they're not busy at all. Wrong. We were there for 30 minutes after we ordered food and have yet to get our order. In the meantime the people that came in after us had been getting their food. So it's now 45 minutes after we ordered and there were at least 6 people waiting to order still but nobody was actually at the register. I watched 3 people leave without ordering. We go up to check why people who had showed up after us already got their food and the response was "I'm bringing out food in order" well clearly you're not because we haven't gotten our food. Our toddler is starving by now and like many children, bored and annoyed from just sitting here and not getting her food that we promised her. The manager finally came to the front and said she'll give us a refund for our troubles. Another five minutes go by and I go up to the front to ask if I can at least have a biscuit for my toddler until our food comes out. The girl looks at us like she had seen a ghost. She asked the manager in the back and all we hear coming from the back is "I gave them their money back, they want their food too?". She was clearly annoyed. After that we decide to leave, seeing how we're not getting our food, and we have to figure out another way to get dinner for the toddler so close to bedtime. The toddler did not take the news too well that she was not getting her dinner after waiting for so long, and starts to cry. It was heartbreaking really. I get on my phone to call the customer service number for this restaurant while the rest of my family get the crying kid in the car to leave. As I go in to ask the manager for her name I watch more people leave without...
