I took two dresses to be hemmed and have straps made. I dropped them off on 4/22 and was given a pick up date of 5/1. When I returned on the date I was told it states on the ticket after 3pm. I said I would return on the next day. That day I received a call asking me if I could wait until the following Monday. On that day I received a call asking me if I could come in on Tuesday and speak to the alterations person. I was told the earlier the better. When I got there he measured how long to make the straps. I was given a new pick up date of 5/9. Yet again, they weren't ready and asked if I could pick them up on 5/10. I got a call on 5/10 asking if I could wait until the next week. I said I would be there to pick up my dresses. I will find some place else to take them. I would never recommend going there...

BEWARE!! HORRIBLE!!!

Worst alterations I've seen in 64 years of life!!

You held these items for ransom...You did NOT deserve to be paid for your so called professional service.

All you did was place a tiny safety pin on the waist of 3 items. 2 weeks later...Picked up were gross alterations to 2 items. You refused to change zipper or alter waist in 1 item. YOU SEWED LUMPS OF MATERIAL TOGETHER. FRONT AND BACK. HOW TERRIBLE. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! AND EXPENSIVE AS WELL.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. BEWARE!!!!!!

All these items need to be altered once again because of your negligence. AND More expense. Total Disappointment.

I have brought my suits here for some time now. It's typically difficult to get them done and have to wait several days just to pick them up. Then they press the zippers on my pants and ruin them on almost every damn pair of dress pants I take In there. Here we are on the forth pair that are ruined. I can't seem to get them to their normal position and it looks as if my fly is down and people in my professional setting are constantly commenting hey your zipper is down and I have to say no it's not the dry cleaners pressed them that way and...
