I travel often, so of course I've been to several different restaurant locations. However, this one had to have been the worst experience. But, I am giving it at least 2 stars because the new chicken, pollo asada, was really really good! DEFINITELY try it if you have a chance. The fresh, bright flavor was wonderful! Unfortunately, when I went in there, they didn't have any ready. And when i asked how long it would be, the lady with short hair that was cooking, acted like it was the most inconvenient thing in the world to answer me. She just kept saying that they didn't have any, when clearly the person assembling bowls told me they had some cooking. So he asked someone else, and said they said it was almost done and would be ready to go in 5 minutes. I waited 19 minutes just for the chicken to be done! Then after that, there was no social distancing, so i had to step out of line twice, because people were literally ordering on my back. I could feel their breath on my neck. Ewww. And I felt really bad for the guy working the line, it was his first day and was clearly stressful. But there were some girls that came from the back when they saw the girl he was asking for help from, wasn't providing it. They were very helpful to him. And they took the time to still try to teach him and explain things, even as they were busy. They were also very encouraging to him personally, which was super sweet to hear. I'm glad i brought my own wipes to clear the table, because it was gross and a mess. As well as the floor. Maybe they were short staffed? I don't know. But they certainly need to do something to improve the cleanliness of this place and ESPECIALLY the customer service. Hopefully you guys have a better...
Read moreLots of bad reviews for chipotle lately, make sure to look.. Probably better off going to Moes or Chick-fil-A . chipotle is going to start charging for all sides a 1.20. For example if you need vinaigrette dressing (and it’s not even worth 50 cents). I don’t think the menu even reflects this. Half the time they’re out of beans, or one of the options, and out vinaigrette. I used to go to the one in Clay, but that one was even more unorganized. They even lock people out after 730 that are trying to come in to buy some food. Just crazy business practices. Same excuse everywhere you go labor shortages. I guess raising the minimum wage for these people didn’t work! People still don’t want work and most just don’t care (it’s everywhere I get it) Really sad world we live in. But the biggest problem I have is now chipotle wants to nickel and dime you. And if you need to take an extra dressing home they’re going to charge you. And the only reason you need to take an extra one home is because the next time you go there they don’t have any dressing at all (so I have to pay more because they can’t do their jobs and run the business and have a dressing ready). They really need to get their act together. And lastly I was told, “ you can thank our CEO for this change.” I am not one to leave reviews, but since you are going to nickel and dime me I thought I would share. As someone who goes numerous times a week for dinner and as a WORKING professional I will take my business elsewhere (where I won’t be nickeled and dimed),...
Read moreThis is the WORST chipotle to ever exist. They served me BROWN ROTTEN GUACAMOLE ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I found a BONE in my chicken Al Pastor. They can NEVER get an order correct. They always forget the vinaigrette, or a vital ingredient of the bowl (have forgotten rice on 2/3 bowls the last time we went and not to mention wrong meats completely on 2/3) the tortillas you pay 30 cents for are always mushed together and hard because no one knows how to use tin foil, or they’re plain and simple too lazy to wrap one at a time correctly. Another time we had a vegetarian ordering with us, and they put ONE piece of chicken in the sofritas bowl. Service is absolutely horrible, they give you attitude when you double check to make sure the tings are in the bag. You can’t get ahold of any stores at all. They give you “sorry we messed up” points, and they go and mess the meals up you got for complaining. I don’t think I’ve ever genuinely been satisfied at this chipotle it is horrible, the staff are rude, the prices are ridiculous, and the portions are SMALL. Don’t waste $45 on 2 meals here there plenty of other places in the same area. I would go as far to say you’d have a better meal at Walmart Deli. I included a picture from the LAST TIME we will ever go there. My chicken bowl which was supposed to have chicken, rice, xtra cheese, corn salsa, and hot red salsa. It is just chicken, corn and a dusting of cheese in a bowl. This was $13. Choose your dinner wisely in this horrible economy and run this terrible business...
