Pesci's Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Town of Clarence

Ordered for my grandmother and siblings. We ordered a chicken finger pizza, an order of chicken fingers and a wrap. The pizza was great, loved it. However they forgot the chicken fingers. Understandable, mistakes happen. Unfortunately the grilled chicken wrap was made incorrectly. They forgot the mild sauce and when I called for the second time to ask about them bringing the sauce with the fingers that were forgotten, my brother says to me that there wasn’t sour cream but ranch. I called again and heard the girl on the phone say that she was “100% sure she put sour cream in it”. This whole order was totaled up to $60 with multiple mistakes. Asked about a credit or what was going to be done and they remade the wrap and brought the fingers which were cold and the fries which were supposed to be crispy were not. Almost as if the forgotten order is what was brought when I asked if they could make sure it was fresh. Just kinda disappointed at the overall outcome and what was done to rectify it since my grandmother has spent a lot of money at this buisness. Pesci's is always great food (salads, pastas, pizzas, subs... never a bad time) but this last experience was PHENOMENAL, lol!! Their new Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza is perhaps the greatest pizza I have ever had in my LIFE!! So phenomenal (yes I said phenomenal twice, well technically 3 times lol)... perfect ratio of sauce, cheese, toppings and a crust that was soft, just slightly chewy (in the best way possible) and perfectly crispy! EVERYTHING about it was (you guessed it) phenomenal (4 times now, get over it lol). Just an all around harmonious balance! Now you must be thinking, "WOW! This guy sure loves his pizza!" YEAH! I do! Is there a problem here tough guy!!? (Hahaha) But hey, this isn't about me, or you! It's about the pizza! Oh and Pesci's, don't EVER take this off your menu! You hear me! NEVEERRRRRRR!!! My husband is still upset about it. The owner hung up on him 3 times. What kind of business belittles their customers like that? We always want to support local businesses coming from a food customer service family ourselves. However, the lack of ownership of mistakes taken by the owner(s) is a compete turn off. Thankfully there are additional high quality pizza places near. Sinverely from a former 15+ year patron of Pesci.

Update *Please see additional reviews about place and owner. My husband only spoke to one female employee and simply asked "can I speak to your manager?" Why lie about something so petty as this? That is VERY dirty t Lie #1. The owner screamed at my husband and didn't even attempt to hear him. Lie #2. The owner stated he "never dealt with this issues with the website he built." Lie 3 & 4. Look at complaints below this indeed has been a compliant by other patrons. Why would someone this arrogant run a business like this when there are many other great places to go?
