As a seasoned Starbucks coffee consumer I am here to say that this location is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The location is closest to our home(5 minuets), yet after repetitive poor/bitter tasting coffee, improperly made(completely wrong), poor customer service offered, unfriendly workers, etc - we take the drive to the New City location ( 15-19 minuets from home). There have been multiple times when they provided a coffee containing sugar ( which was not ordered ) to my diabetic fiancé - obviously a huge concern. In addition to swapping oat milk creamed coffee with cream added coffee multiple times. They constantly swap the two, or I will watch them make the coffee and use oat milk for both( due to laziness in pulling out a second type of creamer). The color of a coffee made with oat milk vs cream is significantly(AND obviously) different. They give you a huge attitude when THEY made the coffee wrong and will fight you saying it isn't Oatmilk in the coffee when it clearly is ( due to color of finished coffee, taste, and HELLO watching them make it wrong with my own eyes). Im not paying $6 for a cup of coffee that's made with a creamer I don't enjoy. Starbucks in general is great - but take the trip to New City or Suffern location where the cup is consistently right every single time. Photo below shows an iced coffee with extra ice ( they put 4 whole cubes as if the cubes come out of their paycheck) and light and sweet with cream. He put a splash of cream. That was the second time I asked for it to be made since the first time it was not drinkable. Second time is just the same. There’s one young man that works - tall, with floppy hair he constantly touches with glasses he’s constantly rude and seems to almost ignore the ticket on the coffee. You get whatever he’s feeling. I can’t wait for the west Nyack...
Read moreLet’s start off by saying I’m not from here. I came here for a weekend getaway with my S/O. Before leaving Sunday morning we stopped at Starbucks to get ourselves some drinks for the drive back. Our drinks were made but mine wasn’t made to my preference. I kindly asked the girl to kindly add more lemonade as I drink it lighter. (Mind you this wasn’t the original girl who made my drink she was blonde this girl had dark hair had to add the boys were very sweet.) She goes back dumps probably 1 cm of my drink out and adds lemonade and comes back with the drink looking the exact same. I then kindly repeated myself and said more lemonade please I like it light. She immediately stopped in her tracks and looked at me straight… did I stutter? Do i have something on my face? I’m confused. I asked for something to be done three times and the three times it was made incorrectly. At that point she decided to be petty and hand me a drink with only lemonade in it when clearly my drink said. Venti Strawberry lemonade extra ice and extra lemonade no berries. At this point I’m upset i already struggle with enough social anxiety to say anything about the drink in the first place and ended up leaving with a drink that i spend 6.25 on that i won’t even be drinking. Got back in my car and sat in tears for five whole minutes bc i then got an anxiety attack about the whole interaction. The three other workers were beyond kind. But this girl with very curly dark hair was not. Working at Starbucks isn’t for everyone. Either deal with it or go get...
Read moreI've been ordering the same coffee for years, "Iced coffee with oatmilk, add coldfoam", the amount of times I've received , cream/sugar/no coldfoam, literally 5 ice cubes is outrageous. They should owe me free coffee for life from this Starbucks. The ice coffee is often poured from cups that are sitting on the counter at room temp. I've received my coffee with sugar added dozens and dozens of times and I'm a Type 1 Diabetic, this is literally a lethal mistake they make way too often. The worst part about it, when you spend $6-$8 on a coffee and tell the workers it's a complete 180 from what you ordered, they give you an attitude and make you feel like YOU'RE working to get your coffee made the correct way. My fiance orders her coffee with Cream/Sugar/Extra ice , add coldfoam and they'll just ignore the coffee request and put either Cream in both coffees or oatmilk in both coffees just to save time making it. The coffee is often so bitter it's like they don't follow the franchise protocols which other Starbucks follow. New City and Suffern Starbucks make a perfect coffee every single time when I take the extra 15-20 minute drive to that area. This place should be shut down. Hopefully the new location opening on 304 in West Nyack will bankrupt...
