I order pizza from this location typically once a month or so. Every time there is a coupon taped to the top of my pizza box for $5 off the next order. I have never used one of these coupons because I typically forget or end up throwing it out. The last time I ordered I got a $10 off coupon which I thought was great and was not going to forget. I ordered tonight and went in to pick it up with my $10 coupon. The girl who was working was nice and said I’ll be right back. Another woman (presumably the manager) came up telling me that she writes all the coupons and that their policy is to not take it if it’s been doctored and proceeds to show me where I allegedly changed the expiration date. Mind you today is 12/7/23 and the expiration date said 05/15/24. She claimed I changed the 1 to a 0 in the month! Okay lady..coupon still doesn’t expire until next year but you got me! She became so angry when I disagreed with her viewpoint because I don’t appreciate being accused of doctoring a coupons month (when it still doesn’t expire until 2024) and by her logic, it originally read 15/15/24 and I made it say 05/15/24. How drunk or high did this woman have to be while writing her coupons that she has to accuse customers of lying to save a buck?? I am 100% disgusted and will never be ordering from here again. I’ll give my business to OIP where it costs less and they know how to treat...
Read moreLet me start out by saying that this is the best pizza I've had ever better than anywhere else that I've ever been. They're generous with their toppings and the crust is light but crispy. Now on our last visit we decided to have something other than pizza I tried their chicken wings they're called jumbo wings they weren't jumbo they were kind of small. Personally I like my wings to be juicy these were extra crispy in my humble opinion overcooked. I like my wings mild but the sauce that they use it didn't taste like there was anything on it at all there was no heat at all I could easily have gotten away with medium maybe even hot wings. I don't recommend the wings. As for the calzone it was okay couldn't really taste the ricotta cheese the toppings were okay equivalent to half of a medium Pizza which is what they do is take a whole medium pizza and flip it over with the toppings inside. Now this wouldn't be a big deal cuz that's how calzones are made. However they charge a $1.75 per topping which is the same that they charge for a medium Pizza. But they're only using half the amount of toppings that they would use on a medium Pizza. Overall if you're looking for pizza this is the best place to go just be careful of getting something other than their Pizza I can't recommend many of the items I haven't tried but the couple that I did were less...
Read moreThis was the worst experience and food. Asked for separate checks, not willing to. I was dead in there, but still no biggie. Waiter couldn't remember to bring our drinks, Asked several times. Ordered our meals, no bread with pasta dishes? Had to ask. Salads that we paid separately for came out with 1 peperchini, 1 grape tomato and a slice of cucumber. I ask if they could add a little onion. Was not told that it would cost $1.99 or told dressing was extra. And we were told bread would be extra charge. We ordered pasta? Our meals come out. Linguini with white claim sauce. Was absolutely gross, so was chicken franchises. A bunch of shells in clam saunce and no plate to put them on. No flavor at all. Just bad. Get the bill and Asked what all the extra was dinner nothing was said to us. Asked for the onion to be taken off since that is absolutely ridiculous. I could have bought 2 whole onions for $1.99. We didn't even care about the dressing. Just bad service all around. There was literally one other table and they left 1/2 through our visit. Awful and won't be back. Thankfully there are other twin trees run better and...
