Until today I really loved this place. However today the customer service was very disappointing. I had called and ordered two sandwichs. When I picked them up they had messed up and switched the bagel type on the sandwiches. The one that was mine was on cinnamon raisin and was supposed to be wheat. I am diabetic so I asked for a corrected sandwich (sausage egg and cheese). She happily apologized and agreed to make a new one. The new sandwich I was brought had bacon and ham on it. When I told her it was wrong again she looked at me and said "what. You dont eat any of this" instead of correcting her third mistake of my simple 2 sandwich order she expected me to eat the sandwich I didn't order and paid for. I said whatever and gave the sandwich to my husband, who also already ate his sandwich she messed up by giving the wrong bagel flavor. I was very disappointed at the customer service. I left upset and still hungry.
I have since visited the establishment twice and will say I have had a much more pleasant customer service experience. I am an advocate of supporting our local businesses so I don't want my one bad experience to deter others from doing the same. I do always see tbe owners in there and can tell by their work ethic they...
Read moreGiant Bagel Sandwiches, Hot Cafe Kubal coffee and Smiling Faces every morning. They provide the good old fashion home town service with the kind of remember you and your order service we all grew up with.
They have so many flavors of bagels that you will have a hard time deciding ... pro tip... they are ALL amazing. Try a Bagelicous Dozen... which is actually 15 Bagels! They must have at least 12 different kinds of HOME MADE cream cheese. Say it with me .....YUM! Try the Bacon Scallion and you are welcome in advance.
So this morning was a monday ... ordered two All Americans on French Toast Bagels ( yes French toast get there early or you will miss out) An All American features double eggs, cheese, and bacon. Now I pulled into work in Fayetteville and realized.... I never picked up my order. I called them to pay for my sandwiches and they told me to forget about it and they hoped my Monday got better.
Why pay for a pre-frozen McNasty for the same price you can get made from scratch deliciousness and support a local business that deserves it! Get up now and go there before you miss out on the French...
Read moreWent there for the first Time this past week and have been back 3 days and the weeks not finished yet! Haven’t been there since the previous owners were there(and that was 8 years ago), they were friends of ours and built a nice little business in the plaza!, And like any other family business (like we own) the owners wanted to retire and you always wonder about the new ownership coming in. I must say that the new owners(of over 8 years) have certainly picked the ball up and ran with it, they are doing a fantastic job like the previous owners and I must say the place has been very busy on all 3 of my visits! As a matter of fact Jenny is calling me by name now so I feel like a regular now (LOL). I was listening to our local radio station TK99 is what jarred my interest into revisiting an old stop of mine. Retired now from our family restaurant business (Ale n Angus Pub) I like to support mom & pop’s businesses. I hope this review helps your choice of where your going for your next bagel or breakfast!, they do have a nice menu and I’m sure their lunch’s...
