Laundry attendant is over the top rude and needs to be taught what personal space means. 4 times I asked him to back away from me and my daughter and let us attend to our laundry. I did not go there to converse just to do my laundry. He changed the hot water to cold on my laundry cycle, tried to pull items out of the dryer while my daughter was taking them out. When I got there because my daughter called me to assist her she told me he had been following her and bothering her the whole time trying to tell her what washer to use, how to load the washer, how many dryers she would need. She is an adult she knows how to do the laundry .and changing the temperature of the water because it will save her money that is none of his business. No one asked him for ANY type of assistance. Four times I asked this man to move away from us because hey it’s still a pandemic and there is no reason pandemic or not that the laundry attendant should be two inches away from me. I called the owner of tiny bubbles to report him because after he refused to move away from us, he then claimed he was the owner of the store and told us if we didn’t like him being in our face we could go to Colonial Laundromat. If you are the owner of this facility I suggest you check your video security feed because you can see him following your daughter around and making comments as well as him refusing to step away from us. At the time this happened it was just her a young adult and him an older 60ish creep that wouldn’t take no for an answer when she said she didn’t need assistance. Not a safe feeling environment. We will not be returning here to do our laundry until this man has been relieved...

Unfortunately not a great experience. I had stopped going to this location due to comments made about my son AND my brother by the attendant. They both struggle with ADHD and autism.

I decided to try and come back today with my son, it’s been months and it’s in a convenient location. After maybe 10 minutes I was greeted by the attendant, Pete. Great person, but again began to makes comments about both my son and my brother after I haven’t been to this location in months. Disheartening to say the least. I finished up my wash, threw everything in the dryer, on high for 1 hour. I left for other errands and came back to 12 mins on all my dryers with the temp CHANGED TO LOW. I couldn’t find Pete but I wasn’t surprised this was done because it was an ongoing issue when I was a regular.

I paid to have my clothes fully dried at the time and temp I set it at. I eventually got ahold of the owner who confirmed that the attendant does these things. That ‘the dryers on take 25 mins to dry on high’. Which I’ve confirmed is not the case at all.

Needless to say a good amount of my clothing was left damp even though I paid for services to have FULLY DRIED CLOTHES.

Mind you, the owner tried to counsel me on ‘things I need to know next time’.

There won’t be a next time. Train your employees to not make comments about mentally handicapped inviduals and to leave settings on dryers alone.

If you’re worried about your dryers catching fire, maybe you’re not up to code...

I absolutely love this place! Tuesdays and Wednesdays have discounts on all the front load washers! And everyday you save $0.50 by changing the machine setting to cold water! The dryers are phenomenal they actually dry your clothes in a timely fashion the first time I ever use them I put too much money in on accident thinking I would need to have them in as I would at a colonial or somewhere else. The owner is in here periodically and is a super friendly down-to-earth guy I enjoy chatting with him. He also does things like free dryers for the week or two before and after Christmas! Right now free dryers until December 29th! Super clean and comfortable environment I really hate to recommend it to anyone because I don't want them to overcrowd it on me haha but I have to give this place props it is pretty great! I was afraid doing laundry at a laundromat when my washer broke a couple months ago but I haven't bothered to look for a new one because I actually enjoy...
