Bayberry Plaza — Local services in Town of Clay

Went to the post office, on my way I was cut off by a white SUV that was speeding and crossed both lanes filled with traffic to speed into the bayberry parking lot. This man almost caused many accidents, after pulling into the post office I noticed this man was parked in front of the United Healthcare. This person clearly does not care about the well-being of others. I left him a note that he almost hit my car in his attempt to get to the plaza quickly, to which he immediately ran outside to see what the note said. He gave me a dirty look as if I was the issue. This is a mini shopping mall located on Rt 57(Oswego Rd). Home to Kinney Drugs, multiple food establishments including pizza and much more. Also the local post office is here in the plaza. Also a bank in the plaza as well. The local WIC (Women's, infants and children) supplemental nutrition program is located right in the middle of the strip.
