You stand for fresh and healthy food but your workers not standing on it! Came in for my dinner break at 730pm and wanted the beef barbacoa but when I got up to window I see it was so dried out to the point where it was pretty dark and stuck to the side of the pan. So I asked if freshly cooked meat would be coming out to replace that 2nd server says to her no,just put water on it 🤨I say really and first server goes yeah and she did and attempted to mix it up. It didn’t look any better so I had to take chicken because I’m not eating crunchy dried out watered down beef that’s been sitting out since who knows and the carnitas pork didn’t look much better. i typically like this chipotle compared to the one off fuller road, but today when i went through the drive though for my order i was a couple minutes early without realizing. the worker let me know she was working on it and i apologized for being early and asked if she wanted to to pull around or park and wait in a spot and she said no it’s fine. however after the window closed i could hear her mocking my voice and me apologizing for being early to another worker. i was nothing but kind and respectful and offered to move to not up their window time and in returned i was mocked and called names on the other side of the window while i waited. extremely saddened with...

I’ve only been here three times so far and have never eaten in but my pickup experience has gone well every time! In comparison to the one on wolf road, this location prepares our pickup orders much faster (sometimes even before the estimated pickup time!) and gives much bigger portions!! A few months ago we got burritos from the wolf road location and were shocked at how tiny they were, it was so disappointing.
