Very poor customer service, COLD pizza

Ordered a $50 - 24 cut Sicilian pizza from this place and it was delivered barely warm - yes a pizza that cost $50!…that I NEEDED to MICROWAVE!

I called to see if they could rectify this since I paid a premium price for it.

The conversation turned into them saying it was impossible that the pizza was cold…impossible, he insisted…the manager was asserting that I was a liar and argued with me on the phone for about 5 minutes…after literally insisting over and over again to the manager that the pizza was in fact cold, he finally agreed to send us a new pizza…and you would hope that be it, right? NOPE

5 minutes after hanging up the phone with he called me back to FURTHER argue with me - I couldn’t believe it! seriously?!? How is this guy going to try to convince me it’s impossible that the pizza is cold when I have the pizza right in front of me!? Mind boggling!

Either way, after this I was so disgusted with the customer service, I told him to just cancel the replacement pizza…I don’t want anything from this guy. I regret trusting that he would have given us a high quality experience since we paid so much, but I guess me and my mother are stuck microwaving our dinner despite paying an arm and a leg…

I’m never ordering from this place again.

If they don’t care about simple customer satisfaction when you order there most expensive pizza and it arrives cold..then these people don’t care about you or your satisfaction at all…I should of just bought a cold pizza at price chopper for a fraction of the...

I hate to leave bad reviews at places but I hate to spend money with bad food. I’m a cook, i make sourdough pizza at home, i worked in restaurants for years so i know what is a good pizza, and I’m just so mad at this. I probably should stop reading reviews at the places, or my expectations are too high? I don’t think so. Ordered a Margherita pizza, and I am still trying to understand what happened, got a pizza with mozzarella and tomatoes, dough tasted like raw flour, no sauce, no basil, for over $20? Really? The worst was the boneless chicken wings in a pool of oil, had to press it with a paper towel to try to remove the oil of it to give it to my son, if you like chicken that tastes like oil you are going to like it. Very disappointed! $56 for the total bill, wasted my money! First and last time at this place. Go to Marisa’s, they make delicious pizzas and way...

The food is always good but the customer service here is terrible. Also the staff aren't wearing masks. When I picked up my food I asked the rude little girl at the register where her mask was and she said they weren't mandated to wear them because they are vaccinated. Then once I started leaving I heard someone laughing behind the counter. If you want to laugh at me because I am concerned about health and sanitary conditions, then you won't be getting my business. Whoever the owner is, needs to check on their staff regularly. They are unprofessional and immature. Plus, I don't care if you're vaccinated, if you followed the news you would know the CDC mandates individuals to wear masks regardless of vaccination status. Also, staff at other local restaurants have been wearing masks. Not sure what the deal is...
