Korner Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

So disappointed! The batender lied to me and told me they battwr their own onion rings. I got them, and they were prefab frozen onion rings. Worst part is because she lied she tried to cover her lies with more lies when they were delivered by saying,"The other store batters them and brings them over every morning."

Total bullshit! Lies amd more lies and completely ruined my appetite to where I just left, which completely screwed me over on my lunch break and work; so, I didn't get to eat lunch. It took so long for her to take my orser and get my food, my entire hour lunch break was over.

Now my blood sugar is low and I'm feeling woozy just because this lady lied to try and make they food sound better. I would've ordered a sald and probably loved it, but because she lied to me, I got a burger so I could get the onion rings.

They may battered their own chicken tenders, (if they actually do that) but they sure as hell don't batter their own onion rings.

This experience ruined this restaurant for me, and I'll never get to try any of their food because employees shouldn't lie to customers! Bad vibes. Horrible service from day time lady bartender....

Finding the BEST MOZZARELLA sticks in the CAPITAL REGION

Today I have Korner Bar and Grille

I ordered the mozz sticks and 6 peanut butter and jelly wings all flats 🙃

I wanted to like these mozzarella sticks soooooo bad. Especially for $13

They were seasoned well , and had a nice crispy texture. And I absolutely loved the 5 different cheeses they use. This is the only place Iv came across so far that uses different cheese. Nice little twist to the classic.

But they were so oily. You can kinda see the oil left over all on the paper.

Cheese pull wasn’t the best, but I think that may be because all of the different types of cheese they use.

I feel like If they wernt so oily these would have been a lot better .

Wings were great. Had a nice little kick to it . Melba sauce was good too.

I don’t know if I should score these? I feel like being overly oily messed everything up.

** I always try one mozzarella stick at the restaurant. So I can get the “real feel“. And I take the rest to go

PATRONS BEWARE!!!!!! Main reason for the 1 star is that they skimmed my credit card. We were there on Saturday September 20, 2025, for dinner, woke up this morning and had charges from a Killdevildiesel website ($995) and Domino's Pizza ($79) in Hudson Falls. Both charges were online, the Killdevildiesel was reversed as they couldn't verify all my information. Even after I called my credit card company to get a new card, a charge was declined from Home Depot ($135). My server asked if I wanted to join their rewards program, probably a scam to get some of my information. DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CARD, even after I did, they came to my table with the credit card terminal to complete the charge. Why do I believe it was them; this was the only time in the past 6 months that I have physically presented my card, I normally use Apple Pay, that is the best reason in the world to use Apple Pay, your information is not shared with merchants, won't be making that mistake again.
