We ordered pizza, Parmesan bites, and soda.
We live in an apartment complex, they claim drivers are not allowed inside, but are supposed to go to the door of the building. Our driver did not… we told him three times to come to the door, he sat in his car and my boyfriend had to walk to his car to get the food… they claim they are not allowed inside the buildings since Covid, yet when we were in a hotel (before getting our apartment, they came right In the hotel, directly to our room door. Kind of an oxymoron there if you ask me.) Our pizza was cold, not even room temp. This isn’t the first time, last time we ordered chicken wings and the Wings were raw and cold, we called and were told I need to ask for extra crispy, but they gave us a credit for a free set the next time we ordered. Tonight the manager literally argued with me on the phone. Telling me I was wrong the food wasn’t cold, but on the next sentence said they only had 1 driver today, When I said it’s absolutely cold, he said “why you not give it back”. Very poor and broken English… I said, we didn’t know till we got in the house and opened the box and felt the food.
The arguing of the store person is beyond disgusting, if I pulled that crap when I worked, I would have been immediately fired. The behavior and treatment were disgusting. Then he says he’s going to call the driver and ask him if my boyfriend had to walk to him and call me back.
10 mins later, I’m still waiting on a call back. I’ll be looking up dominoes corporate number and complaining, this store is atrocious and should...
Read moreI've ordered from this place for many years, everything was hot and fresh and on point, but over the last month is has gone down hill so fast... Cold food, wrong orders on several occasions and if you try to call the store, no one answers....Calling their store number, you get a "call center" that is useless and rude, all they do is connect you to the store that doesn't answer their phone.....I've given this place recently many chances and still the same song and dance. Friends say, stick to your local "mom and pop" pizza places, and that's what I'm now doing....Only thing that was great about Dominos was they were open late which worked well with my work schedule....(Delivery people were always friendly)
EDIT: Stay away, I gave this place another try since their hours line up with the late hours I get home. NOT worth it, pizza on TWO occasion have been cold and hard. I called, they were nice enough to give me a credit, but said in order to get the credit I had to call in my order and not order on the app. So, I called in tonight, spent 15 minutes in their phone loop before finally talking to someone who told me it would be an hour before I got my food. I said no thank you..... Sorry, I'm all done with Dominos. I don't know what happened to them, use to be great,...

It was to be ready at 6:05 pm. A pizza was ready but when I got home in Latham it was a pineapple and chicken pizza which no one in my family would eat. I called the store and they told me they would remake it but I would have to drive back to pick it up. I asked for the manager and spoke with Austin who was probably the shift manager. I asked that they deliver me the correct pizza. He said he could not do it. I asked what it would take to get the pizza delivered and he told me an additional order of at least $19. I asked for the contact information for the general manager and he would not give it to me but relented and called the general manager, whose name is Esme. She would not authorize a delivery, but will be in on Monday. I will find out who the owner of the franchise is an contact them to make them aware of the poor service I received. They would not tell me the franchise owner, but I will find out, as owners like to understand how their establishment is being run. I was formerly a good customer but this has totally soured me on the...
