Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

My orders are NEVER filled correctly EVER here. One time I ordered two ham and cheese no egg wake up wraps and a med ice coffee with 2 pumps caramel, cream, no sugar with whip. what I got was two cold bacon egg and cheese croissants and a med iced 3 pumps caramel, cream AND sugar with no whip. I returned everything. Today I ordered 2 medium iced cream, no sugar, 2 pumps caramel with whip and 2 everything bagels in a bag with veggie cream cheese on the side. The coffees were ok but the whip cream got ignored. What did I get with the bagels? One multigrain toasted with regular cream cheese and a sesame sliced not toasted with reg cream cheese. They did MORE WORK to make my order not right. My orders are never complicated. I used to work at a Dunkin’ Donuts and I cannot understand how not ONE person can do their job correctly here ever. I am absolutely disgusted, and infuriated by this location. When i drove through the drive through this morning there was a dunkin employee smoking a cigarette out back by the drive through lane. This is the same employee that met me at the window to hand me my food order. The entire bag of food smelled of smoked cigarette, it was repulsive and unsanitary. Furthermore the hash browns were still half cold and the bagels were stale. I frequent this location because it is next to my work, and the past several days have consistently had stale bagels. Today will be the last time i go here, and i am genuinely unsatisfied and would implore the dunkin donuts Corporation to take some action to reference the quality of their franchise. I Have been a regular at the 1351 central Ave location for about 4 months . I've moved up from Georgia and this was my first stop . . My experience has always been decent . This morning I came in for my regular order ... I was in such disbelief on the conversation taking place . A male and a Lady employee was talking about what I believe is another employee . What shocked me is that with me as a PAYING customer ,it did not stop them from going on about this person . Vulgar language and the disrespectful words ,I couldn't believe it .
