Great Ming’s Wok — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

I don't want to give them a star but in order to write the review you need to. They are a zero star place. They are rude, disrespectful, and very unorganized. I called made an order for some food waited for over an hour. A hour and 30 mins. I called to ask if I could cancel the argument cause they were taking forever and didn't want the food. The woman we so rude and disrespectful. She started yelling at me and telling no we can not. No we can not. You order the food you're getting it. Then put me on the phone with her manager who was down right disrespect and horrible. They both just kept yelling at me. I was trying to reason and understand. But all they did was yell. Then they switched lauganages and kept yelling at me with that. I could not get in a word edge wise. And just as I thought I could the lady hangs up the phone. Then I get a call back saying they will now cancel the order after being so rude which was fine with me. But the driver told them the food the food was delivered which it was but I told the guy to take the food cause I didn't want it. But he said he could. The company called me asking to cancel and I said I would like to. But they said they couldn't cause I have the food and I explained to them I told the guy to take the food back. So if they can't cancel it can they give it to me at a less price and she says yes. So I state of I go to my bank I should see I was charge less. And she goes if you did it by card then we can do that. How about you come to the store and we will give you free food. I don't know in what mind set do you think I would ever come to you again. Like never would I come to your place. You guys are rude, disrespectful, and just bad company. I warn you do not order from them. They are awful, just horrible. And deserve no stars. What a group of terrible...

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this restaurant. I had ordered some food online through GrubHub and waited for an hour for it to be delivered. After that period of time, I called and asked if my order was on its way. The girl on the phone was nice, but unintelligible, and was switching languages during the conversation. It was very challenging to understand her. I got out of the conversation that she'd be coming to my house in another 30 minutes with my food. I waited the thirty minutes, then forty, then forty-five.... I called again and she told me they had cancelled my order. Personally, I find it rude that they never called me back to tell me they had cancelled it. I didn't have any dinner that night because of it (well, I cooked, but that's not the point). I demanded a refund, and she said she would take care of it. It's been four days and I still do not have a refund for my meal, which was never delivered to me. I am disappointed and hope this doesn't happen again to anyone else, because the food is quite good. The service just...

I accidentally ordered from here while ordering through the BeyondMenu app. I'm actually glad I made the mistake. The food from here is actually pretty good. I got fried dumplings, spring rolls, crab rangoon, and since my order was over $15 I got free fried wantons. The fried dumplings reminded me of the Chinese restaurant near my old apartment, which is to say, very good. I ordered delivery and my order came quick. The delivery person was friendly and I had no issues. Overall, I would order from here again. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews...
