New management now and they’re super welcoming and kind. Ryan did an acrylic set for me with tips and it costed $50. I think he said shapes (coffin/almond) would be $5 extra on top of that. Same goes for length (an extra $5 on top of $50). He was extremely patient in answering all the questions I had (which were a loooot btw) and had no issues repeating himself. Communication was a bit of a problem but you know what, it did not matter. He did an excellent job and I love my nails. They’re super sturdy and shiny. Mia Nails is (relatively) new in the area and I found everything waaaay better than a couple of salons I’ve been to. I went to Colorful Nails a lot, and always felt so congested in there. Limited space and the owner always finds the need to justify every single thing that happens in his salon and he’s just unstoppable. I do not like that behavior one bit. The environment at Mia on the contrary, is very calm and comfortable. Did get a few cuts from the electric nail drill, but mistakes tend to happen I guess. Prices are affordable and they also give you a coupon for the next visit if you pay in cash. Ryan is extremely sincere and returned some extra cash we handed him by mistake! Isn’t that just amazing? He’ll offer you a complimentary back massage too if you need one (for sitting put that long). I definitely recommend trying them out! I recently visited Mia Nails and I can confidently say it was one of the best nail experiences I've ever had! They provide you with your own nail supplies stored in a box with your name and birthdate to use each time you come in. My nail technician was attentive, professional, and truly skilled.
