I was told the items I purchased were 2 for 90 or 1 for 55 dollars. I asked if I could use 2 forms of payment for the transaction and initially she said no and then asked someone if she could take 2 forms of payment. I went to do cash and then the rest in a credit card, and then was told they only take debit. So if someone asked you to do a transaction and do 2 forms of payment I assume it’s going to be under 1 transaction and instead she rang it up in 2 transactions. Which made me have to pay more money. So I did not get the discount I was told it would be. And they not only charged me state tax but municipality tax as well. Which I don’t even know if that’s legal. I ended up paying over 20 bucks in taxes so basically I did not get the 2 for 90 bucks. And the tax was more because she did it in 2 transactions. And when I said something they couldn’t even explain to me properly why it was how much it ended up costing. And didn’t know how to explain the tax and how it works when I called back. And it was a manager who answered the phone. Not a very good experience at all. They call them selves a dispensary but in my opinion if you’re charging tax, you shouldn’t be able to actually call yourself a dispensary.break medical grade dispensaries don’t charge tax. And if you have a medical marijuana card you can get a discount at a real dispensary. Don’t ever go to a recreational dispensary like this cause you will get overcharged. Medical grade dispensaries are so much better because you don’t get charged tax and it’s better quality. I will not make this same...

I placed an order... the app said they could deliver, then they said they couldn't. Gmail couldn't deliver to the email address on their website, and I couldn't reach them on the phone or by text. Five days later they called and said they were trying to reach me about it, and wanted to know if they could still deliver. I hadn't been able to reach them because of a high call volume, and they had made a mistake and marked it non-deliverable because they thought i was from NYC, out of their deliverable area. They just opened three weeks ago, so ok... makes sense. BUT. The delivery adress is out near the southern end of schoharie county, and the northern end of delaware county and it's NOT outside there delivery range!!! In 30 years i've never heard of anything getting delivered out here besides USPS mail, and maybe UPS or fedex. I'm impressed by that, and...

There aren’t enough stars for how wonderful this dispensary is. I’ve been in about 8 times since they opened and every time has been a FANTASTIC experience. From the sweet person checking you in to the bud masters welcoming you when you walk in, this place is truly the best. Everyone is so knowledgeable and passionate, kind and personable. I always discover something new thanks to their personal recommendations and I leave excited to try everything I bought! The prices are the most reasonable in NYS and the quality of the products they sell are the best you’ll get, even better than Massachusetts. Don’t sleep on this place, they’re doing great things for this community. Also a HUGE shoutout to Snoop for making this most recent experience amazing, making me feel like we’d known each other forever and their excitement for the products they sell...
