Had to wait to be seated. Not a big deal for our party of 5.
Got a table. Now this is were the rest of our experience went in the port a jon. We get seated. THE WHOLE TABLE ALMOST FELL OFF THE BASE. THE HOST NOTICED AND JUST WALKED AWAY LIKE IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL. Waitress get to the table we show her and she immediately got the host and changed tables.
Second table SAME EXACT THING. THE WHOLE TABLE TOP AND ALL AS DOON AS YOU PUT MORE THAN A POUND OF WEIGHT ON IT IF FELL OVER.
Now we are left standing in the middle of the restaurant no host no Waitress. My family and I. I have my family move back to the front door to wait.
Come to find out the wasnt even helping us anymore he went on to other customers and was seating them. He actually seemed surprised when he saw us standing at the front still. This time he actually excused him self fron the customer in front of him and actually got us a table.
The waiter this time was promoted. Nice guy. Got the drink order and drinks in a nice time. Got our appetizer in good time. Between our drink order and food order was maybe 5 minutes. We waited an hour for our food. The waiter was at another table and believe he over heard us because minutes later our food came.
Food great quality and taste 5 star. The waiter 5 star. The restaurant 4.5 star The host 4 star Here is were I get mad at corporations The manager on duty 2 star Well we were checking in the host alerted him he needed help. The manager walked way from him. And the host was left to handle way more than he could. This was the start to our issues he was having to handle way more than 1 person could at this time and circumstances. Your manager on duty failed. Which caused the team to fail. Your manager never even came to apologize. Your company should put way more into making your management team an actual team and not just dictators. Yes I am a manager of retail and yes my company has sent me to classes that show how to be an effective manager and yes I work in the trenches with my team.
By the way. Even with other customers complaining about the same tables they kept trying to seat people their. You will probably be getting an injury report soon and a lawsuit from someone.
Now myself I would have just left and went to outback or the road house but my son wanted to stay 19th birthday.

Read moreI would like to start off by saying the food was amazing the chef did a great job last night. On the other hand, the service was horrible from Stacey (waiter). So, when we first walked in and sat down at the table not even 5 seconds she's asking, "What would we like to drink?" I advised her "We are not ready give us a moment." When she finally came back to grab our drinks she goes "So what we are having" I told her "I'll take the Cabernet" and she goes "It's called the CARBENEEE". Correcting me very loudly trying to dumb ball me Infront of others. She then asked for my ID, I handed it to her in her hand and she then put my ID on the table at the very end of the table like wanting me to grab it instead of her handing it to my hand. She then did the same thing to my partner as well. She never introduced herself from this point nor even brought out the bread out. She then asked, "Are you guys ready to order" We told her "Not yet we just need a little time to look over the menu". Not even 2 minutes later she came back very rudely "OK guys, what are we having?" sarcastically. We told her again "We need some more time." again not even 1 minute comes back and stand in front of us waiting. At this point we want to leave because Shes making us feel very uncomfortable and being rushed, it has not even been 10 minutes sitting in the restaurant. She then took our order and left. My fiancé then dropped his straw and asked her for another, she came back with a black straw from the bar with her BAIR hands and then threw it on the table to let it roll. To me she seemed very racist and shouldn't be working at a restaurant were different cultures come to visit. She was speaking to the other non-color people next to us with such a nice demeanor and when it came to us Hispanics and another black party next to us, she was speaking to us like we were the problem and didn't want to serve us. She should not work at a place if she is not going to treat everyone with respect. I go to many restaurants and give great reviews and leave a great tip, but the waiter staff needs a big change, I didn't see not one worker of color at this chain restaurant except one black guy cleaning tables. Read moreIt saddens me to write this because I went here with high hopes for the first time and even brought my children, the waitress we had was the worst… She did not listen to me when I placed my drink order in when we first sat down, this should of been my first sign to leave but I didn’t an wanted to give another chance, so she brings drinks back an takes our food order..I ordered the ribeye and my 9 yr old kids said they wanted the kids meal sirloin but she put in for adult size ribeye meals… I said something when she came over to table to check on the food that was brought out and she literally walked away from me when I said something so my kids took one bite and said it was way to spicy so I said something to her about it and she walked away from me again, I then asked for a manager and she sarcastically said “ he’s busy but I’ll get your bill”, I signed the bill and made sure to write a big zero where gratuity/total says and I walked out. I got in my truck an was so upset because not only was I out 119$….i also have 2 hungry 9 yr olds that I had to feed because they didn’t eat…so I called the store to speak to manager and I was put on the phone with Mike the manager, at first he sounded promising that he would compensate me and make it right but I shouldn’t of been surprised when after a 5 minute hold wait…he gets on the phone to tell me the waitress said I was lying and all he could do is give me a 50$ gift card…I told him I would never be stepping foot back in there again if that’s the resolution and he said ok! Such a shame but please learn from my mistake and don’t go here, just go next door to Texas Roadhouse or even Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. I hope whoever is above Mike sees this because he for sure did not handle this situation professionally or correctly and for the heavy set red haired waitress that has Felicia tattooed on her neck…….
